You need to put a warning on this:
"WARNING: TL;DR"
[/ QUOTE ]
Perhaps if you read more and talked less you would think more and be perceived as intelligent.
Sadly those who use the TLDR excuse only demonstrate their stupidity.
As for the idea presented, I think it is awesome and would be a welcome addition to the CO-OP mission genre being offered.

If anyone can make long sexy hair it is SEXY SEXY JAY!
Sexy Sexy Sexy Jay can do anything with our models and if there is a way he (Sexy JAY) will find a way.
We are seeing a lot of stuff that we were told would never happen... happening!
So if we can all sit and meditate on the Sexiness of Sexy Sexy Jay he will be motivated to seek out the bounds that prevented him from making long hair and break them and rebind them with sexy long hair as an option.
Please Sexy Jay, use your Sexy power and bless us with sexy long flowing hair.
Please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!
/e begins meditating on Sexy Sexy Sexy Jay...
*Think I used Sexy enough for Sexy Jay?*

What kind of games do Sharks play?
I know our dolphins love to play games but I stay away from our sharks... -
I have not found any guides on being a Stalker in a group environment here. (Probably my search-fu is not very good.)
One of the issues I see over and over, that I have found while grouping with Stalkers is the integrating of a Stalker into the group for some effectiveness.
This guide is based upon my experiances both teaming with and teaming as a Stalker.
A Stalker pulling in the middle of a large group is not very wise and usually ends up with a Stalker in debt.
When I team I let others get the aggro then "Assassin Strike" from the rear.
This results in me not being the center of attention and I can usually handle the one or two mobs that do notice me.
One very awesome power I found is Placate; but only use it if you have been noticed by one opponent since the others will continue to beat on you and you will lose the hide advantage; especially if you want to perform another Assassin type attack.
If as a Stalker you find yourself in a position where you are not being attacked, return to hidden state and try to take out a powerful mob, preferably one that is beating on one of your squishier teammates.
A good Stalker will support her team by helping clear the chaff (minions or lt's) or assisting with the demise of the boss or AV, it is to our advantage to ensure that someone else already has aggro.
Something that I have noticed some Stalkers forget is that we virtually get a auto-critical when we attack from hidden; so if you are fighting a opponent it may be to your advantage to stay defensive until you get hidden then attack. The one crit will do more damage than the 2-3 hits with normal attacks.
This is just a little experience that I have gleaned from playing with Stalkers and playing Stalkers.

Wouldn't this be "How to... at level 5?"
The title sounds more like you have to wait 'til level 8 to get it, orz.

I guess the title is a little misleading...
I have alway found that I never failed a Safeguard (or Mayhem) mission when I am two levels after I receive it.
I suppose you can try to complete it at lvl 5 or 6 but now you are fighting orange and yellow con (with the Villian/Hero conning red); my way I am fighting mostly blue and white with the Villian/Hero conning yellow. Sure it hurts xp, but I am not here for xp... I am here for a raptor pack.
Edit: Why Solo?
The reason I say to solo this mission (and the reason I personally like to solo them) is with a group you have too many unknowns and the mobs are in much greater numbers.
By unknowns I mean... well... almost every time I have had a Mayhem mission someone runs straight to the bank triggering all the ambushes. Those of us who are working our way up suddenly find 30 Longbow beating on us with about 2 of our 8 people at the bank and the rest of us going to the Jail.
From that point on I have never seen a team recover. Eventually every map trigger will be triggered; the couple who made it to the bank soon join us in the jail and Longbow reinforces the jail to where we spend our remaining minutes fighting our way out of the jail.
On Safeguards, it is a little different since we have to get to the bank and fight a LARGE group of villians.
With my way, only a few Villians need be fought; in most cases 8 total (including the Super Villian). -
This is a very simple guide and if it is already written well.. tough.
1. Work your way up to lvl 5.
2. Goto Kings Row (or Port Oaks if Villian).
3. Goto Detective, get radio (or Broker and get Newspaper).
4. Get mission from Radio (or Newspaper).
Get mission that requires you to retrieve an item, not escort or kill a boss.
5. Do radio (or newspaper) mission.
Remember, in most cases you only need to retrieve the item and maybe arrest (kill) the local guards.
6. Get new radio (or newpaper) mission.
7. Repeat 4-6 until you finish 3 radio (or newspaper) missions.
8. By now you should be lvl 6 at the most.
9. Get the Safeguard (Mayhem) mission from your Detective (or Broker).
10. Level up two levels (this will put you at lvl 8 or lvl 9 at the most.
11. Successfully solo the Safeguard (mayhem) mission.
12. Fly with new Raptor Jet pack.
Note:
A. Solo! Solo! Solo! The Safeguard (mayhem) mission.
Soloing is the only way to ensure that you will succeed in the mission.
B. 1. If playing a Safeguard, get to the bank as quickly as possible; the GVE rocket pack is awesome for this; you can start at the Van and land on the side of the bank. Once in the bank, arrest the mobs in the lobby as quickly as possible. I found the best place to catch the thieves is at the elevator door.
2. If doing a Mayhem mission, then I have only been successful with a slow and steady approach. Move up until you hear Longbow call out and wait for them away form the PPD. Once they are terminated move on and repeat. Once at the bank; then advance with purpose until you get to the vault. Steal the money and then wait near the elevators for the oncoming rush. It is good to prepare to place your defense as you will get about 3-5 seconds warning when the PPD/Hero arrives.
Disclaimer : This is a guide to get your raptor pack at the lowest level possible by soloing, this is not a "How to" for Safeguard and Mayhem missions.
If you can think of any other suggestions please do not hesitate to mention them.
Oh and please be kind in your responses; no profanity or insults are desired...
