I WAS getting this error this morning, but when I got to work, remotely connected and restarted the updater it dropped from 30 hours to 4, so i'll be set when I get home ^_^

I think the reason they havent done it yet is because of pvp, imagine all the pvpers dressing as NPCs to disguise themselves then jumping a player?
Other than that and the devs wanting to keep groups unique is the only reasons i can think of they havent done it.
Costume parts for NPCs really should be added, even a super booster pack with them in people would buy it. They made PPD costumes and civilians, why not everything else?
Edit: One thing I thought about is unisex issues... Alot of enemy groups DO have both male and female members, but that isn't true for every group. Like now that I think about It I don't recall fighting any Female Wyvern agents (correct me if im wrong.) So they would have to do full new pieces for women.. -
I agree on the defeat badges. Costume pieces would be a much more welcome reward than the little arena guys..

Can we please get this? I don't care for all of the wyvern costumes but there are some pieces I would LOVE to have. Any chance?
