Just got some original , Alice in Wonderland , Water color art from shia/drunk fu in the mail the other day and im going to get them matted and framed this weekend which got me to thinking .

Do you display the art around your home that you've been gifted or purchased or done yourself ?

I have a water color from Graver framed and these new pieces from Shia and a plush toy suichi got squisheriffic to make displayed about my home but otherwise I generally print out high rez copies and keep them in a art binder on my bookshelf .

so just curious about what others have done with their collections .

Sorry its hard enough for me to spend time on my own projects much less someone elses , good luck with it .

Intresting class , Z-brush really does have the feel of molding a piece of clay without actually having y'know have clay !

A lovecraft inspired ghoul I play in the MMO city of Heroes , Lavinia Pickman.
(aka the swimming ghoul on the far right in the chibi bad guys pic )

when not swiming around the Rogue isles sewers , grave robbing from the various dilapitated grave sites or tending to the Misstresses castle , Lavinia has dreams of becoming a professional party girl and tween music sensation like her idols whose pictures she clips out of every teen scene magazine she can find . sadly she can't quite figure out humans and how to properly interact with them (and they break so easily !)

Hey when someone faves you or watches you on DA , do you go back to their DA page and leave a thank you ?

Im asking because Generally I respond to comments on DA but rarely thank folks for a fav or watch unless they left a comment of some sort , but my mom had asked me a similair question to the one I posed above when she was over and I had to admit I generally didn't and am now wondering how others handle fave and watching notices .

At some point, we've all stood outside of War Witch's apartment and played the role of Secret Admirer. After all, who wouldn't be wild over a talented sorceress who possesses brains, beauty and brawn? We sure are big fans...and we're banking on the fact that you are too!

So in honor of Valentine's Day being just around the corner, we've dreamt up a new way for you to express your love and admiration for this spiritual City of Heroes® stunner!

Introducing the City of Heroes® Secret Admirer Contest where between Thursday, February 4, 2010 at 10:00 AM CST (4:00 PM GMT / 17:00 Central European Time) and 11:59 PM CST (5:59 AM GMT; 6:59 Central European Time) on Sunday, February 28, 2010, you have the opportunity to create a unique digital or homemade Valentine's Day card for War Witch herself - and win yourself some great prizes in the process!

If you enter the digital category you will need to send an email to cohcontests@ncsoft.com with the subject heading "City of Heroes® Secret Admirer Contest" and include 2 images-- one of the front of the valentine and one of the inside. The two images should be uncompressed .jpg's with a total (not individual size) of less than 5 Mb. Be as creative as you can, for the more your Valentine stands out from the others, the better off you'll be! And don't forget to make it City of Heroes centric - from the art to the text, the more you can create a valentine that has to do with War Witch and the game (while still making it very clearly related to the holiday), the more points you'll earn from the judges.
