Sup peeps...well this is your boi Zo and i've been playing Coh/Cov for about 5yrs now...and have seen the game change so much...been thru it's horrible times and it's good times from great PuG and really bad PuG...but none the less there were massive teaming going on in the game...teams that ran the game content...and not just sewers all day everyday...so check it out...who is what I am proposing...i'm looking to bring some good old teaming back to the game to enjoy the game the way it was meant to be enjoyed...so here are some ideas for all to (yes even free to play) players...
1. Static teams. (6 to 8 players that create toons team based and run these toons one day a week at a certain time decided by the team. Running mission arcs on a challenging diff to make it fun.)
2. Concept teams. (4-8 players that create toons based on a certain concept/theme. barbaric theme, outerspace theme, magic theme, undead, hell even based on Marvel/DC toons just with your own twist. Your imigination is your only limit. Again to be played based on the teams decision. Again running mission arcs on a challenging diff to increase the fun)
3. SF/TF races. (4-8 Teams run either SF/TF decided for the race. Winners get infamy or whatever the prize may be based on the SF/TF ran...the harder SF/TF the more the reward. Team to finish the SF/TF in the fastest time wins. One rep decided by the organizer will be on each team and teams will be picked lottery style. All players interested in the race will meet up at given location at given time and again there will be a "coach" for each team and teams will be picked via lottery style.
4. SF/TF Saturday. (one saturday out of the month were the 3 main SF/TF will be ran plus 2 other SF/TF decided by the team. Given times and dates will be posted on forums and global channels.
oh and just fyi for villains. Nerva Archipelago has some really great AV arcs that I really enjoy running. Just putting that out there.
Well those are some of my ideas and just looking for some feedback and to see if anyone would be interested or if anyone has any other ideas to bring some good old teaming back to the game and to enjoy the game once more like it was meant to be enjoyed.
Holla at cha boi

Ok folks...I'm thinking about starting a weekly event called SF Race...this is how it goes. One night a week (Friday or Saturday) around 9pm EST, I will be hosting a SF Race. Which SF is a mystery until the night of. There will be individuals selected at random to be team captains. Each captain will pick their teammates one by one turn based style. Every team will conduct the selected strike force as fast as they can. Winning team will be awarded infamy according to the strike force selected (the harder the more infamy). Teams will consist of 6 people (unless the strike force requires 8). All those who would be interested in the event would meet up at contact for the specific strike force. The more teams the more people we can get involved. Now what I would like from the community is to know how many people would be interested in an event like this and would like feedback on times. 9pm EST Friday or Saturday is what I had in mind, but open for suggestions (If another time would be more suitable for players as a whole) Again just need to know how many would be interested in this. Oh this is for villain strike forces, since I mainly play red side. I would be broadcasting in global channels Infinity Badges and Infinity Badges 2.0 1hr prior to event. This is just a fun way to team and meet new people while getting reward merits. Please any feedback is welcomed.

Hey folks..this Saturday starting at Noon est gonna start the Villains Strike Forces. Gonna start with Cap sf, (would like to do silver mantis but since new sg and still building up prestige, would need a sg with computer to run that one.) leviathan strike force, ice mistral, lord recluse, Cuda sf and teams choice of ITF or LGTF. Would like to keep same players for all strike forces, but will keep everyone posted in game if we need new players to fill players leaving. Also was wondering if there is a villains channel that is being used? I play vills about 99% of the time and really don't enjoy being on hero channels, since it's mainly blue side chatter. (nothing against heroes, just personal preference). If so please let me know. If not, I might be starting a villains channel primarily for teams and strike forces. Just need to know if anyone would be interested in an primarily villain channel if one doesn't already exist
Thanks again -
I just transferred over from champion and I used to run every villain sf every Saturday on champion. Now that I'm on infinity, I was planning on starting SF Saturday again red side. I usually start around 9 or 10 am EST and finish around 5-6 pm EST. If you need any help with villain sf's let me know mscats. You can reach me in game at global @Dat Boi Zo or @Zo aka Dat Boi. I pretty much got all vill side sf's down so hit me up if you need to know anything or whenever your running them and i'm in.

Hey Matreya, I feel your pain. I'm a 36 month vet who went through the same thing on champion server. I just transferred to infinity and feel refreshed. I mainly play villains and have started a new sg vill side. I mainly play 6-9 pm EST. If you play villains hit me up anytime. I would gladly team up and could use a vet of your caliber in my sg. global is @Zo aka Dat Boi or @Dat Boi Zo. But hit me up anytime if you play red side.

Was wondering if anyone would be interested in starting up a Friday night static team villain side...if enough people would be interested then I would like to discuss the theme for the static team we would be playing. Time frame i'm thinking about is Friday around 8-10 pm EST. I would like to get one started and have a great time while we play. Hope to hear from you.

Hi everyone, name is Zo...and I am in the process of transfering from champion to infinity. I'm looking to start a sg villain side since I play more villains then heros. I'm a 36 month vet and just looking to start a team orinted and friendly sg vill side. Played on Champion for the last 3 years and teaming has seemed to die down so much for low lvl toons that unless your on your 50, farming, or pl'n, more then not you will not find a team. So looking for a new start and this is where i'm starting over. If anyone plays villains new player or vet...and would like to help me get my sg up and running I would be more the happy to have you join. I love sf's/tf's, static teams, and just over all teaming with people doing missions and having a fun time playing. I don't get caught up in any drama and I don't take the game serious...(being in the Army is serious enough for me, do need to be serious about a game). But again looking forward to meeting some of the veteran players on this server and hopefully I can bring something to you all's server.
Hope to hear from you all -
Thanks for the reply Talon_Arsenal and Llewthor. As far as ideas I was playing around with one in my head and it was an all AR/ team consisting of secondarys such as cold, therm, sonic, and traps mainly for the shields for the defense. And for the time frame I was considering Saturday evening around 6pm EST. Since that seems to be one of the few time frames that the Army isn't calling me in for something. But I am open to any day and time frame really. I am also open to any themed ideas. That was just one I was playing around with in my head. But since I have to be up at 0530 every weekday to get ready for PT, staying up to late is kinda difficult to do. Thanks again for the replays Talon and Llewthor.

OK, seems for awhile now that unless I'm running strike forces it's hard to find a team to run with on villains. It just seems that teaming is no longer in existence red side. So to all those who primarily play villains, I have a question for you all. I am thinking about starting a themed style team on villains, playing these toons one night a week. Starting at lvl 1 going to break out and working our way to level 50. I would be open to many different themes. I started a X-Men theme team while I was stationed in Japan making each character our version of any X-Men we choose. This is kind of the theme style team I am talking about. I'm open to any suggestions on themes. I am more curious if any one would be interested. I'm just tired of soloing and would really like to bring teaming back on a regular basis instead of just teaming for strike forces. Well guess I will now wait and see. I haven't given up on Champion server yet. You have been my home for over 3 years and I have met some really wonderful people. I really want to bring that friendly teaming atmosphere back to the number 1 server in the game. Don't fail me now Champion, lets be that friendly, team oriented, teaching others the ins and outs of the game server we used to be.
Yours Truly

Just stopping in to say wha sup to all the peeps I used to run with on CoV...Ice, Kad, Bronx. Shifter, Necro, Cookie, Kimera, Spaz, and everyone else...I haven't forgotten about ya...and there may be a time when I come back to the game and say "wha sup"...but for now, chillin in VA and just wanna say sup to all of you...
The One and Only... -
Well the time has come for yours truly Dat Boi Zo to call it quits with CoV. I enjoyed my 30 months in the game and have met some truly remarkable people. I will name a few and say my thanks for making my time in the game enjoyable.
-Shifter: Man where to begin with you. You were like my brother. You taught me the ins and outs of the game. I wanna say thanks for being a great friend and letting me play the game the way I wanted to play it. We had some great strike force runs and it truly was an honor and privilege to have known and teamed with you. I will most definitely keep in touch with you my friend.
Smack: lol..the good times we had in PvP and just causing all kinds of havoc in the game. You was always honest with me and spoke your mind. And for that I say thanks. You were one of the first people I met in game and our friendship began. Keep kicking *** in PvP bud, and I'll hit you up once I get to VA.
Necro: Man you made the game really enjoyable for me. When ever I needed a partner to run with, you were there. We had a lot of similar ideas for the game and our play styles meshed really well. I can honestly say you were a true friend. You kept the game fun for me and always kept me in check when I got upset. You always knew what to say to make me laugh. Thanks my friend. I will truly miss you.
Marc and Nancy aka Dark Sentinel and Lady Sentinel: You two were like the craziest and coolest people i've ran across in the game. I knew if I hoped on vent, I was either gonna laugh or get annoyed. But that is why I love you two. You two were straight up and didn't let drama get in the way of having fun. Thank you for making me a leader of your VG. It was an honor and privilege to have been in Dark Evil. Friends you will be missed.
Kimera: Oh Ki...where to begin. I swear you were like the older brother I never had. Constantly telling me how to build my toons and what powers not to take. And when I didn't listen to you. Man did I ever hear it. But it was always in good fun. I don't think I ever got upset once playing the game, while you were on team. You made me laugh so much. Thanks bud. You are a great friend.
Spaz: My friend Spaz. Man you played the game to have fun and hang with friends. You never let anyone sway your outlook on the game. I commend you for that my friend. To many times people let the words of others sway their play style. You stayed true to yourself. I enjoyed every time we teamed, and will surely miss it. Thanks my friend for being true to yourself and others.
Cookie: Like Spaz, you stayed true to yourself and never changed for anyone. You played to have fun and hang with friends. Nothing more, nothing less. Whenever I teamed with you, spaz, kimera, and necro, one thing was for sure. I was gonna have a blast. Cookie thanks for making the game enjoyable and never taking it serious. Thanks bud.
IceMindz: My fellow Okinawa bud. Man did we ever tear up some strike forces. I had some good times bud. You challenged me to be a better player. For this I thank you. I will surely miss our 1v1s in the arena ( more so of you kicking my ***) but it was cool. Thanks for the great times and fun runs. Man I had a blast whenever we teamed. Be easy bud and we will keep in touch.
Kadra: Oh Kad, well well well. What can I say. You kept me laughing just about anytime we teamed. I had great fun whenever we ran strike forces. You, like Ice pushed me. I became a better player because of it. I will surely miss you and your little smart remarks. Thanks for being a good friend.
And to everyone else that I had the privilege to run across and team with in the game. It was fun and very enjoyable 30 months. I have many good times and a few bad ones. But fun none the less. I wanna say thanks to all you for making my time in CoV a great one and I will truly miss you all.
