I think two things have led to the infamy decline (compared to influence). First, no debt until level 10 (instead of 4). This means that there are 6 more debt free levels. Debt actually creates more influence/infamy. And people often die at those levels (for lots of reasons). Second, player skill is increasing. Less deaths = less debt = less infamy/influence.

This is what I learned from my experience at the CoH PnP game. I got to play Swan during that game. Well, we all know that Swan wears gauze and dental floss and calls it a costume. What I learned was that she is SIXTEEN years old.

You would think, considering she is Manticore's sidekick, that he would tell her to put on a little more clothing. But nope, good old Manticore is enjoying the view and keeping his mouth shut. Like I said earlier, Manticore is a BAD man.
