Personally, I tend to forget names and details...
So I make a list of people my char meets and sometimes add notes to it too. Every char has his/her own list...so I atleast won't mess up with the names.. or start talking to a person my 'other' char met instead the one I'm RP-ing with at that moment...that would be awkward! .

Plotting sure if fun...but it's hard work too if you want to make it work.

So that's my advise and warning

And of course DeeDee will be present. In fact she's out buying a suitable dress!

AFKing in RP is annoying indeed if it is for a long time.
Quickly a bathroom break of getting a drink can be ignored.

If you HAVE to go AFK for a bit and don't know when you'll be back ... make up something to excuse yourself from the RP (phone or something) to come back when you're done AFKing.

Atleast that's what I do. Keeps the RP more 'alive' and therefor more interesting.

I always make sure I actually have the time for at least a full mish before teaming. If I DO have to go AFK while in a mish with a team (friends of not) I will explain why I go AFK and it usually would be a bathroom break, the phone (which is rarely) or that someone is at the door (also rarely). So it's hardly ever more then a couple of minutes.
And if it's a serious reason which will take more time I will politely excuse myself en remove myself from the team.

I personally never met a leecher sofar. Only friends who asked permission to do so .
But the idea of leeching without permission... makes me chilly. I wouldn't permit it..and kick the leecher.

Gah, been looking forward to this Omega Sector.. would be my first time there! And now I hear it MIGHT not happen?
