Maybe so, but I doubt it - I've seen how long some folks are willing to hold a grudge (legitimate or otherwise). You should have seen how things got on the HeroGames forums... wow, talk about bloodbaths sometimes.
Though I'm curious - if you have your rep enabled initially, then you turn it off, can people still actually rep you? And post comments and stuff? Or does it get blocked (something like "this person's reputation is not available for modification" or somesuch)? And if not, what happens when you turn it back on? Do you all of a sudden get this flood of comments in your profile?

To the first individual, congratulations on mastering the first letter of the alphabet. There are 25 more - get to work. You might even one day work your way into the intricacies of capital letters, punctuation, and even grammar.
