you are still boned on recovery for prolonged fighting and will be begging for a kinetic, will it stop you from being sucessful? probably not but it will hamper and slow you down especially with +recharge meaning you are spamming attacks much more often. extra end is nice but once its gone its gone if there isnt a relevant amount of +recovery to replace it, its no substitute. What would you rather 6% end increase or 1 slotted+ QR from the regen set? As thats what you can get. Your build needs conserve and it still wont be enough, mine doesnt (but does need acc in LR)

+Rech is for powers, but also for AM and conserve. With 3 endmod in AM (I noticed you didnt slot any), hasten, CP and rech buffs from set bonuses, I'm likely to have end buffs perma, aren't I?

Lets look at that heal, 4 slotted and gets you 20% end, 96% heal, 67% recharge add bonus for 20/96/105 Vs 96%end 100% heal 106% recharge. Given your builds sucktastic end issues you will be crashing out while firing off heal and all the toggles you cant afford to run. You dont have perma hasten or perma AM and conserve will not be up nearly enough.

Only stalkers can stack stealth powers, so the stealth IO is redundant on an illusion.
/Rad is not the best set for zones PvP: you rad someone, he jumps into a bunch of npcs and you get aggro cap in seconds. I made my build with duels on arena in mind.
Phantasm is quite crappy for PvP, too slow to follow you around as you superspeed like crazy, and its dmg is bleh, too. If I was aiming for a build more team pvp geared I'd skip it completelly and get vengeance instead.
About the late slotting on SI, well it's a matter of priorities actually. So many powers and so little slots at lv30. Still, as I said above, I made my build thinking on arena lv50 PvP. If you consider slotting SI is more important than some other things I had slotted previously, in the end it's always up to playstyle tho

Here's a second try... my recovery is very far from yours (42%, wow
), yet my recharge and max endurance is fairly higher, and i got 3 endmod in AM, too (dunno how long will it be with this build till perma hasten+am, and conserve power should be up quickly too). Comments please?

Wha? I enjoy attacking teams with empaths on while playing my stalker. OFC the empath becomes primary target, but even then its always funny to attack the tank sometimes, just for the laugh

I don't care about conventional wisdom, I'm speaking by experience. Of course you can make an Ill/Rad without stamina, and make it viable. You can skip PA on it too, and LR, and you can say it's still viable, but it won't be as good as it can, as it happens with an stamina-less one.
About going on an endurance/toggle heavy build... well I turn off all toggles vs avs (including SI and even acrobatics, unless it's Nighstar, ofc). Only with RI (3ToHbuff 2Endrdx 1 Endrdx), EF (3 Endrdx) and spamming LR when it's up, blind and SW you will run out of end without external buffs having AM and Stamina alone in less than 1 minute. Conserve Power makes uip for that and allows you to keep them active virtually perma. -

Still I think some acc would be handy tho... And another question... scramble thoughts instead of conserve power? I know u get some nice end buffs, but the build can still be heavy as hell, with the debuffs, leadership, travels and attacks.

Yup you'll need conserve power for AVs too, unless teaming with a kin or empath. Without stamina you'll need a kin/empath, am, conserve power and blue insps
