Hi,

So I just noticed the whole secondary build option. Very cool. My question is...what Archetype (blue side) can best take advantage of that option?

I'm thinking a dedicated team build and a dedicated solo build. What power sets have the most option for specialization?

For example, a tank might take taunt for a team build and not for a solo build. Or looking at the shield secondary it looks like some powers benefit the character only while a few help the team out (I know little about this secondary, so don't cut me up if I'm wrong). But, along those lines. What power sets/archetypes could really specialize for team/solo use of secondary builds?

Hi all,

Just came back to the game after being gone for a good long while. Looking around, I see some stuff about 'vet rewards'. Cool, I think. I check my char and sure enough, I qualify for a handful from my previous play time. Like 18 months or so.

Problem is, how do I actually get/choose them? Any help would be appreciated.

Just wanted to say 'thanks' for all the help. I ended up solving the problem by using the 'big stick'. I found an old COH CD and loaded the game, then waited forever to update. It worked.

Right,

I checked that as well from the ncsoft side, and of course all of the servers are up.

The other steam games run fine of course as well. Only COH is the problem.

Hi,

I've been gone for awhile and have decided to give COH another shot. So I bought the new expansion on STEAM and upgraded my old account. Everything looks fine.

I downloaded the game from steam, my account is reactivated for a month, it shows COH, COV, etc.

The problem is that when I open the game from the desktop icon I get the 'program needs your permission' screen. I click OK, then I get a 'steam -error' notice; 'this game is currently unavailable, please try again at another time'

Doesn't matter if I have steam running prior to opening COH, or try opening COH from the steam my games list. Same same.

So, is the game really down or is there a problem here I need to solve? Vista Issue? Steam issue? Me issue?
