US servers would be much better value for money, but I get attached to characters and there is no transfer in place. If there was I'd be gone, as there isn't I try to make up silly excuses rather than to say I dont want to lose the time and care each character has received.

You took the two sets I'd never play as a brute and rolled them into one. Is good to see different people having favour for different sets.

NB: both sets are good and valid choices, I just cant stand playing either of them, do not see this as an attack on either set as they both have benefits to counter balance the negatives I'd rather not work around. Further more The Guild Of Extreme Heroes, Insanity Inc and all the other SGs I've carelessly left alts in over the years are in no way responsible for the about statement and would like to apologise to anyone it may offend

I have found the cure to that, it has 11 servers and less lag, and bigger populations on some of the servers in their quiet times than the EU has in the busy times.....but then again it'd mean less cash spent due to only needing one account I suppose, and they're all in English. Well nevermind, you pays your money and takes your chances

That's true would only use one server over there. With the language barrier not even sure one would be viable

I think Blinding Fient works better outside of the combo so you can use weaken with the rest of the chain personally

I very much like the weaken combo on my tank, and I also like it when the scrapper I duo with uses it (my scrapper is Claww/WP, his is DB/WP and weaken is the main thing I am glad he has)

Will leave MaX to comment on the rest of the combos, but Weaken is awesome for WP (-tohit is like giving yourself def, your sonic gives you res, all this makes you tougher)

I was just thinking neither of them were that great personally but at least SR gives +recharge and its last power leaves you hardly ever running out of end (yes Rad can break elude with EMP)

I guess Regen's probably the best scrapper for PvP, which is a shame cause its such a dull set to play in PvE, hence my comment on the good PvE scrappers are bad PvP ones. That said the only two duals I've had were both against MA/Regens and I was DM/SR. One no one died (and it was dully) The other I killed the regen once (and it was dull. Strange when you're just glad the fight is over)

If I ever make an alt for PvP it will probably be a blaster or a defender. Scrapping's just no fun with any of the characters I'd want to play

But WP's only really strong in a tight packed group. I would give my respect to any scrapper herding in PvP though. Without some serious use of sets I cant see WP being that survivable, unless the point was PvP requires a serious use of sets (probably true)

Mind you SR can be overcome by tohit buffs............. with a serious use of sets though............ the good PvE scrappers seem easy to overcome in PvP, who'd have thought it
