The title sounds more like you have to wait 'til level 8 to get it, orz.


Additionally, in Safeguards, it's often best to take your time egtting to the bank. There are no ambushes, nor is the actual robbery activated until you're near the bank. In fact, it's often better to get a level in-mission if you're close to lv 6 when you start it.

Mayhems are a different story, but there's plenty of time to be had from just breaking stuff.

While it's got a LOT of pretty good information, I think your guide needs to:
a) Stop trying to be funny, 'cause it's not. It actually comes off as condescending, or you trying too hard to be funny. I think it takes away from the effectiveness of the guide itself.
b) Use better color coding/formatting. There's a lot that using bold or italics on the power names does to make it less difficult to read.
c)Really make some slotting recommendations, at least with generic IOs. The way you put it, I might want to slot damage in sleet and defense IOs in Arctic fog. They work, but not really as well as they should, as compared to if I were to put in defdebuff and resist in, respectively.

The secondary synergies summary might be better first, as you get your epics at lv 41, as opposed to your secondaries, which are gained at um... level 1.

Btw, Camo, well-written guide, a short discussion on synergies with blaster secondaries could make it better (for a small time investment).
