The Bottom Line
Than is used only in comparisons, so if you're comparing something use than. If not, then you have to use then. What could be easier than that?

Okay, first off, I don't know how ignorant you are to the history of PvP changes and the lack of change to improve PvP now, specifically. The devs aren't listening to players and that's not at all likely to change. That aside, your idea is simply a bad one. It's never going to happen. PvP is a tiny fraction of the subs and doesn't warrant attention since attention = money and the PvP community's contribution to their overall funds is basically nothing.

You can get mad and make some stupid ******* response to this as well, but you'd be better off dropping it. It's not a "if we try it'll work out" situation. It's also not a "if we do nothing, the situation won't improve" thing, since that's going to be the case anyway. This ****'s old. Why are you trying to build for regeneration on a Dom? You're not going to get anywhere. So, take Dominate, Mesmerize, Levitate, Confuse, TK, and something for sets, like Total Domination. Then Flares, Fire Blast, Fiery Embrace, or Embrace Of Fire, whatever they're calling it now, and Blaze. Anything else would probably just be mules.

Hasten, SS, Cj, SJ, Acro, Maneuv, Tactics, Venge for LotG/KB, Aid Self if you wanna be like the best Dom in CoH, and Ice or Leviathon for an Epic.
