What in the world are you talking about? No one needs to run the ladder, it runs itself. Schedule your own fights and email in your scores, nothing more to it.

I have a project job, at work (I do HVAC) starting tomorrow morning and Im not sure when we will be finished.

Well PERC does not do any cross-server Holiday events anymore because to be quite honest if there is an in-game event such as Trick-o-treating going on then we cannot compete and have a low turn-out. Maybe one of the Champion server reps might want to host something server-wide though. I hear they like cookies, and bacon, you could try bribing one of them? :-)
