Yeah I suggested 5 minute matches too. However if anyone objects we stick with the original rules which is how it ended out being.

I guess its just the Quarterfield event of PVP. :-)

I think the people that were able to stick it out enjoyed it for the most part, or atleast they were very polite to me at the end about it. :-)

Yes sir. It took a little longer than it should have due to a couple rematches and the normal drama. Yeah though definitely a long event. I knew going in to it with all those rounds needing to be done it was going to be long, however hadn't counted on it being quite that long.

Ok so this was one long [censored] tourney. A couple people had to drop due to time restraints etc. There was 100 mil collected in entry fees. I matched that 100 mil out of my pocket. One contestant gave an extra 10 mil as a withdrawal good will donation. That put the jackpot at 210 mil.

Gfunny was the final winner. Ty for all that participated, especially the ones that were able to stay the entire long [censored] event.

About 3 weeks ago i noticed Numina recipes were selling 5 Mill, i thought that is crazy, so i bought them, made them, went back and sold the enhancements for 100 mill each (about the price it is now). Cost to make 10 mill, sold 100 mill, profit 90 mill

I don't know why you feel the need to exaggerate everything you accomplish in order to make yourself sound better, but you really don't have to. Your advice is good (though broad), there's no reason to tack on a story with made up numbers.

I did however buy 10 LoTG 7.5's when I noticed a trend of them being sold for 10 bucks each and the profit was so huge son my calculator broke before I could tally the total.

Sticking to the original idea. The biggest rule in this contest is the no temp powers rule. That is the one I care about the most.

I know personally for me the ONLY thing that makes this game fun is a challenge. Easy [censored] does not turn me on.

Last night I was tanking for a Pingu ITF (or mostly Pingu). I said I was going to tank the entire platform to Rommie. Someone said are you crazy on invincible? We had several SK's and were a little low on damage and no empath. Who gives a [censored]? I did it, we all died. It was fun as hell.

Anyone can do things the safe or easy way. I "solo'd" Chimera yesterday. Solo, no temp powers. In fact I only used half of my tray of inspirations and didn't die once. I was on a squishy, not a uber scrapper. It can be done. Using temp powers to do something that can be done without them is cheap IMHO. Its not a challenge. I am not giving away a prize to someone for doing something the cheap and easy way. Sorry.

I may tweak the rules some more in the next day or two, in case there was anything else I missed. However one thing that won't be changed is the no temp powers. I will solo this contest my damn self and keep my prize first. :-)

Really its about the same distance as WW from Talos base entrance. I am just lazy is all there is to it. If I could craft right at the store I would probably get more in to the market. Maybe I could pay someone I trust to get the damn badge for me and solve my problems.

That's how I do it, and on top of that, you make money getting Field Crafter if you do it right. Being cheap only hurts you if you want to make money.

Spending wisely is much different from being cheap... Thrifty I believe it's called.

Lol, I started to work on the crafters the other day and went to look for the list of what is needed for it and got so lazy I closed IE and logged out.

While I love the set bonuses I hate the fact that playing the market or crafting seems like a job to me. Sigh. I am definitely one of those lazy people making other people rich I can assure you. I always buy crafted unless I am working on a major build. When leveling toons and updating enhancments I never craft myself.

So my question is how does someone like me who has decent money to play with but whom is too damn cheap and lazy to get the crafting badge and also too damn lazy to run back and forth to the base to craft crap and has a dozen sucky build toons for this exact reason utilize your plan? Why not just use AE to create a 1 mission, small map, arc with an AV in it? They're all in there. You could just put 1 in, or put in multiple and let the challenger choose which they want to fight.

Ok just logged in game and started the arc 5 times in Oroboros and got Chimera first each time. Went on invincible to get an AV and solo'd him on my fire/rad with no temp powers. Editing rules slightly to reflect team size.

I have never really done the flashback stuff too much. I assume by your post that infernal doesn't come first when you utilize Oroboros?
