Countershock

I think you just get two to apply to any server. Any you got from annual bonuses or GR that you already aplied to a particular server are still associated with that server. This was my experience when I allowed my VIP sub to lapse for a couple of days to reset my billing date.

I had that problem on Justice last night.
All my toons were locked and when I tried to apply my two tokens to unlock a couple of them, it unlocked two empty slots instead of unlocking the characters.
Then the game froze.
I don't know if any other servers were affected.
When I reloaded the game, I logged into my VIP account.
I'll look at it again when I get home.

I ran it with a parked toon Sunday.
It felt really wierd (not sure why as I've only done the new tutorial once).
Also, when I got to the end, it stll let me choose Galaxy as my starting zone, and I got sent there for a few seconds before getting booted to AP.

I don't think trial accounts can be in SG's (though that doesn't mean you weren't booted...I really don't know if there's a point an inactive leader can be overthrown).

This is, hands down, the best guide I have seen for any build.
It's great you are giving credit where it is due to many others, but you compiled it all brilliantly.

I apologize if this was covered and I missed it (I read all of this on my phone at lunch over several days) but I'd like to offer my own humble observation. In the strategy section you mentioned confusing sky raider engineers to get the ff generators to work for us us. I have found, too, that you can confuse the generator directly if you missed the engineer (or if the fight lasts long enough for his confusion to wear off). Presumably this will work on malta drones too, but I have a way to to go before I encounter them with this toon.
