  1. Or, Malice, you're more than welcome to catch up with me some other time...I have a ton of villains of various levels and can likely queue up at least 4-5 of them in a day or two.

    @Dark Epitaph
  2. Thanks Plac.

A quick caveat and a few notes:

My wife is unexpectedly going to be late at work, and I won't be able to get on until she is able to tank the children aggro. I intend to be online at 7:45 Eastern, but it is possible that I'll be slightly delayed by this.

We will meet by the Arbiter in Port Oakes, which is the location of the Atlas Park Mayhem (our first). I'll keep this thread open in another tab to make sure we have everyone who signed up for each mayhem, but since right now it looks like we have about 5 guys total signed up, I think it will be easiest if we just keep the team constant and plow through them all. That will also give gameboy more ability to get his arson and anything else he needs. I'll appoint Queen Frosteen as the leader of the group at the times I need to switch characters since she needs to be on every one of them.

It breaks down like this for characters for me:
    Belladonna Atropa (Atlas, KR)
    Salome. (Skyway, Steel)
    Dark Epitaph. (IP)
    Terran Tullea (Talos, Bricks, FF)
    Kid Bing/Kral-Raiden (PI)

Technically you CAN get all of them with just four toons, but that would have involved much more work on DE than I was ready to put in.
  3. I'm now at an official 1300 on Kral-Raiden, having finished up an Admiral Sutter for #1,300.

God, that TF hates my Granite Armor.
  4. I've found that with the second part sometimes I get all the credit immediately. It might be a bug, or it might just be that I'm awesome (I do Rocco Scirocco).
  5. You may run them (and even get them) as a vigilante.
  6. Port Oakes, that's where Atlas will be. I think my Kings Row is there too.

Right in front of the Arena would be fine. By the Arbiter.
  7. Hey, thanks for joining, General! Welcome aboard!

I can confirm holding all Mayhems as of now. If we have this light of a turnout, it might be best just to keep the group together through them all (even the ones you don't need) so that we don't have to mess around inviting and dropping. Of course, this may change if we get people who show up without reserving (which I imagine will happen) but reserved toons get preference.
  8. I do not need these badges, but do need the other ones (which you went for last week). I should be there with bells on in order to hop out of Obliteration beams, if needed, though.
  9. Still 4-5 spots on each mission, only 3 days to go.

Also, I'm certain that barring calamity I'll have all 8. Got my Widow up to 39.1 and haven't even done this week's WST yet. Those "Experienced" buffs really come in handy.
  10. Barring unfortunate happenstance, I should have Founders. Leveling is a lot easier than it was back in the day, it turns out (even without farming, which I personally avoid).
  11. This Friday, still plenty of room.

If I have someone willing to be a back-up option for holding the Founders' Falls mission, I'd appreciate that. Terran Tullea is a very small amount of xp from 37, and I can easily get another half level off Kal starting Tuesday, but my weekday time is in short supply right now, so I'm unsure I'll be able to pop 40 by Friday.
  12. Congratulations on the badges! for not getting home in time.
  13. Thanks Neuronia!

I currently do have all of them except Founders Falls queued up (and pretty confident I can get that as an outlier in the next week). I think I can queue up Peregrine an additional 3 times so that I have four ready-made arsons for Gameboy, time permitting. That should be close to enough city to blow up cars and pay phones, too.
  14. I need them, but I'm likely to be hanging out with my wife's co-workers instead.

However, she told me to reserve the babysitter until 7:00, so there's hope.
  15. Man, there was a tense moment today as I accidentally had Salome. enter the Skyway City mission, but thankfully she was still level 19 and could grind it up again.

    Who do you miss?

IIRC, it was actually ELF STALKER

When asked if he was an elf who stalked or a person who stalked elves, he erupted into a hilarious fit of rage.

I miss Stryke Force. Not because I was a member, but because their shenanigans amused me. I had a bit of a callback to that earlier today.
  17. The RHW run I was on didn't make use of flying...I would have been a sad panda as a stone/stone brute. With no temps, I wouldn't have any distance attacks off the ground (all I have is Hurl Boulder).
  18. Friday, July 20th, 8:00 pm Eastern Time.

We start with Atlas Park and continue through looting Paragon City as quickly as possible. I think that it's reasonable to expect that we can get the badge, smack the hero, and get out within 10 minutes each time, but if 10:00 pm comes around, my carriage will turn into a pumpkin so I'll have to leave the ball and pick it up where I left off later.

We will cap it off with just burning Peregrine Island down a couple times. No need to reserve for that because I can recycle it a few times myself.

Neuronia and Ulysses Dare can hop the line on any of these 8. Otherwise it is first come first served.

*-Founders Falls may not end up being run due to it being the one badge I don't have a guy in striking distance of...but it's a week and a half, anything can happen.
  19. I'm at 1,299...but I do have a full 100% bar for the train station badge. So I think I count in the same way that Barry Bonds' home runs do. Asterisk.

I'd link to CiT, but it for some reason won't acknowledge my second Terra Volta badge and so pegs me at 1,298. I had that problem with them once before where it didn't like the hero names for badges on my character and wouldn't count them until I became a villain again.
  20. I'm more than happy to polish off the evening with a number of Peregrine Island runs focused on Blowin' Stuff Up and smashing cars, if there's interest. Heck, those ones, you can just send me a tell in game (@Dark Epitaph) and I'll happily assist.
  21. Hi folks!

First off, I'd like to thank everyone who made my redside Cathedral of Pain trial a resounding success. Thanks. You guys rock.

Secondly, I'd like to announce the next badge event that I'm hosting: Mayhem Marathon.

If you like badges or if you'd just rather get Invader than Task Force Commander but you outleveled one or more Mayhem Missions and so rely on the kindness of strangers to ever have a glimmer of getting those...I am that stranger. And there are very few people stranger than me.

The way this works is simple. I will have every* Mayhem Mission queued up on an alt. I will run them back to back starting with Atlas Park and bring along up to seven villains, rogues, or vigilantes to get the unique exploration badge for each one. Each Mayhem will have a unique sign-up list. Do not sign up if you have not outleveled that Mayhem (obvious exception of PI). There is no need to fill these up to 8 people because many of them will be run by a character with a much higher level than the mission is. I will only have one instance of each Mayhem queued, so each person will only be able to get each one on one character. We will not be focusing on cars, pay phones, fire hydrants, or Blowin' Stuff Up, but feel free to dabble in any of that on the side. We will try to successfully complete each mission because my guys need temp powers too.

I am now looking at the weekend after this coming weekend (20-22). Please post in this thread if you are interested with a list of which ones you need (especially because there are a few I'd be able to queue a few times if demand outpaces 7 people) and if there are any times that weekend that would be completely undoable for you. I'm thinking it will be either 8 or 9 pm eastern but the specific day is open to negotiation.

*-As of right now, I am unsure if I will be able to queue up Founders Falls, but I have most of the others already set to go.
  22. Personally, I think that with the wide number of free costume options, "looking nice" comes down more to how good you are at making things look good. But by all means blame your lack of money for how crappy your guys look. It's easier than dealing with the real source.

    Hamidon Raid

Dang it Cobalt, I had been facebook free since October before seeing you link to a Champion Server thing for it.

Also, congrats on the Hamidon! Nicely done!
  24. Thanks for leading it, Amy! And grats to everyone who was a part of it!

This puts Kral-Raiden at 1,299. On the hunt for #1,300.
  25. Epic victory, redside.

    Coming soon:

Mayhem Marathon. I'm going to queue up all the Mayhem missions and run them back to back so you can get any Mayhem badges you're missing. Space will be limited so please only join for the maps you need badges from.

    More details to come!
