Hay everyone, sorry this is a little late, but this is the build I did for Masque's PvP build contest. Now this is the first actual PvP build I did, but I think it came out pretty good.
Dual Pistols/Electricity Manipulation I wanted to make sure the character had plenty of kill power, but I mad sure I kept defense and evasion in mind for it. I didn't go with the hail of Bullets because of the endurance drain, even for a moment that would leave you vulnerable to attack.

Okay, I did a search for this and didn't find any results for this topic before, but if I missed one somewhere, let me apologize for sounding repetitive then.
I have an idea that we can use the in-game Community Information Centers(referring to the Community Information that use to house like the top ten punishers and such) as another means of getting special information about in-game events like the weekly incarnate Task Forces/Strike Forces, and even have the current and upcoming Event info like the spring event(when it start/started and end).
This won't take away from the message boards or anything, but since these Community Information Centers are already in place, and they are not currently being used for anything else at the moment, this would give players one more way to get the current information. -

Well the original post was posted days before the meeting in Pocket D 5/11/09, and the message board gives only 24 hours to edit/change the post. Soooo!!!! You kinda have to make a new post after the event/meeting.

Capitalism, punctuation, and spelling? Do you realize this is a game, not business/work? Really if people make a couple typo's and or spelling errors, big deal! It's not going to bust a multi million dollar bank anywhere. Just take the content for what it is, a group of gamers trying to inspire a new group of players that just want to have fun with the game.
BTW- did you run your reply through a spell check before hitting the submit button? you misspelled "non-professsional", here is a helping hand, it's spelled non-professional" it's 2 "S's" not 3 "S's" You might want to change that, oh wait you can't....

I have a question for the Invention Enhancements, I'm really confused about this one. With these new Invention Enhancements, vs the S/O Enhancements, which is better? for exsample I have fly, what is better to slot with?
S/O fly lvl 50+3 or the new Invention Flight Speed lvl 50 that can't be combined?
or another is for Increased Att S/O lvl 53 or Invention Doctored Wounds Recharge lvl 50?
these things got me totally confused, Ugh!!!!
