Most of those that caused the channel to be private in the first place aren't around, and the rest of us just want to find teams. If there's 6 mods (or however many there are) and only one of them cares enough to open their mouth on a regular basis, many times before anyone has a chance to complain (or not), perhaps that one person isn't acting on behalf of everyone anymore. The channel does its job (putting people with other people doing the same task, or giving information) all by itself, and it does it best when there's a lot of people in it. It's called BMT, but that's not ALL that it needs to be.

Not very many things to say different than Ima Mankiller, agree to all the points made. As well as this basic point.. you dont like the new channel.. dont join. Champions villians has been very very quiet since last summer, and after this channel was made, we have had great times talking of toons, and joining SF. I .. Me and only I prefer the REDSIDE channel.. because I ASSummed that it was going to be for REDSIDE only. Until last week, all my heros were on Infinity or Freedom, just how I decided to play, till some silly accident happen and got a base on Champs Blue side. So now my son has a hero and I moved a 50.
So rambling along, I really didnt want to hear blue side TF badge hunting chatter all day when I am a REDSIDE player. I play redside 95% of the time. And with being a 95% of the time redside player in the beginning.. seeing TF.Sf called out.. I can say I have joined a bunch of them from the wrong side..since I didnt know what Tf/Sf was what.

Recently I was trying to form a team to finish my TV contact up, and invited others to open their TV mish... from the BMT REDSIDE channel.. and got heros.. now getting a hero from Champions to switch out.. is I quess okay. But again assuming its a redside channel, I assume its for VILLIANS. Well I couldnt put the team together since, I had one from Virtue, one from Liberty and so on. So all the channels out there.. some need to learn to use them, turn them off... or just NOT join.
As far as everyone being an Operator.. take me out my narrow box, who cares. Having a few with a power trip sucks just as much as having many. One person made a comment yesterday and was booted off. Some were so happy while others making the same comments still exist on the channel. All for having fun
My primary server is Champions, so I know what the BMT redside means, maybe a Champions Redside channel would be better named.. kk? Another channel.. someone start one.
While I have my little opinion.... there are children on this game. And yes I do train my kids my neices to guard what they do, as in team invites, chats etc. Not all time on game can be governed. So FREE chatter on channels does not mean morbid, sexual based chatter should be accepted either. Make a team, chatter away and talk that crap in private.
My son had a slew of channels cause he didnt know better, and as I myself have done.. that small box for an invite, like getting a damn fortune in battle, comes up. You click it yes or no.. some answered on accident.. and blam your in a new channel.

Its a damn channel... who cares, life is a drama, this is a game. I have been many channels.. to see which suits me best. And a NO hero channel was ideal. I dont think killing a channel is worth losing what was gained.

Still trying to figure out how anyone can have a channel nerfed? Let me know in the game.

Rules are enforced and rules in most cases are a good thing, however they can be taken too far when they are dependant upon an OP's particular mood that day. Not speaking of any one OP in particular, but some days things are ok to say and do and then another day you will get silenced for it. PPL walk on egg shells when some OP's are on and then it's all out chaos with others. I have nothing against rules, but be consistant with them.

As far as all the ppl that posted here with ASSumptions and so on, well that just goes to show that ASSuming makes an *** outta you. Just because someone is trying to help another persons channel get off the ground, trying to draw attention to something that could potentially help champions villain side be more efficient, doesn't mean they were in any way snubbing the pre existing channels. One thing had nothing to do with the other, I know because we were members of BMT red long before any disagreement in the other channel.

I am a member of many channels and in my opinion each serves a purpose and I look at it like each channel is another opportunity or avenue to accomplish something. The more you have, the more likely you are to get the job done. Each has a different member list and you open yourself up to more ppl and potentially more friends and great teams in the end.

Let the red-side do there own little thing how they see fits. Most you guys though Champion United wouldn't launch actively like BMT.. but look at it now. Its used for several ways.
