it's also pretty stupid, cause the rules where included to stop ringers but if you're removing yourself from another sg and forming up a completely new one wth.. now if you where joining a already formed sg...

lol I deleted every sHO i ever got from the LRSF except one when I did a respec and forgot to place them (normally I just sell all my SOs and I don't have many IOs/HOs slotted on live so I didn't even think about that) but doesn't matter cause I woulda end up having lost them anyways

We haven't discussed dates yet as far as I know, but I do know it will be the following Sunday, Monday, or Wed (*likely* one of those 3 days at least), Tuesdays aren't a normal night for us.

Not to get involved, but I don't see anything wrong with JAL trying to put its best foot forward. OS for instance when fighting some of the newer groups (no offense meant) put in some newer people in, but we still ran many of our older members, if not on their main roles on secondary roles and things at least half of every team was older members.

As far as encouraging newer groups to keep at it I'm not gonna say getting [censored]-pounded is fun. But it happens. When I first joined OS we ran spines/regen's on our 8-man team from time-to-time, lol. We got [censored] an insane amount by, FoL, HVND, LD, and the other groups that had been there before us, and I'm sure Velocity who started up on test at the same time things started to take off for us can say the same.

It's part of the learning experience, you need to see what other groups are doing that you aren't, that is the secret to being able to compete at this higher level, practicing, and keeping at it. You figure out where your strengths, weaknesses, and average skills all lie and you work and making the best of your strengths, and improving upon things that aren't a strength yet.

And my advice to all the new SGs is that. Don't take things too bad, because every SG out there has been destroyed before pleanty starting up or at some point. My advice is after a night you get beaten by another group, just form up a discussion on your SG website or wherever you want to and figure out what's going on, is it:
Spikes not happening fast enough
Spikes not coordinated
Buffs weak
Healing not on time
Lack of survivability skills on the group's part as a whole
Disorganization
Whatever you think really made an impact on your ability to do your job and figure out how to help fix it, do spike practices, small-size internals to help with more basic skills, really be proactive about it.

Because it's for people who want to transfer to a PvP server, not for those who don't want people to transfer to a server.

Being a server with alot of PvP'ers will have no effect on you anyways. Unless that is, you're one of the idiots who feel they should be able to run in RV and farm all they want. I didn't know that the heavies had "PL/Farming Machine" in their description.
