OK, thanks a lot for the replies guys. I can somewhat see the point in that I can play a few of my characters completely free now, compared to back then when I had to pay to even access my account. It's probably going to take some time to get used to, but for now I still feel somewhat gutted about it. I feel I have paid for something that have now been forcefully limited for me - because I don't have enough played subscription time. Yes, I might play for free, but even some of my costumes can't be configured any more, because they contain parts that my account now don't have access to.

@StarGeek: Would you explain what you mean by that? Don't sound like it's good news... :P

@gameboy1234: I had 5 tokens when I logged in. I even wasted a token trying to unlock my Controller, only to find out after that it's still locked because of Controller limit... So I had 4 left for the rest of my characters.

I'm not really sure where to post this, but I figured this would be the best place.

So today I decided to install CoH again after not playing it since 2010. I haven't been following what have happened since, so I just happily watched it install and looked forward to play all my characters again.

But then to my horror and surprise, I see all my characters are locked - and I now have 5 server tokens available, to unlock them... Problem is I have 10 characters (all on Defiant server), with a good bunch of playtime on each one. If this weren't enough, my first created and main character can't even be unlocked with a token, because my account no longer allow me to have a Controller archetype character unless I pay for it...!

So in short, I have over a year of paid playtime (I have always used time cards, never subscription) and now I can't access half my characters because of too few tokens, or invalid archetypes. I can understand the game have gone free, but why am I getting punished for that like this, when I paid to play back when it weren't free?

My question is - do I really have to pay to access my already paid for characters again, or is this something the support can fix? Sorry if it's a stupid question, but rather than reading updates for the last two years, I thought this was a faster way to get a clear answer.

Also, the little questionmark box at the end of each mission objectives says the following about the Captive missions:

Release Captive
A captive is someone who you must go into the map and free from surrounding enemies. Once the captive is free, they will flee to the nearest exit. They can't be killed and will not fight with you. For that, use and Escort or Ally mission goal.

So it seems they cant be killed and will not follow, but run to nearest exit.

I'm gonna try to answer you all:

1) I dont know where I can make this setting. The only thing I can think of is "Enemy Group Alignment" which is set to Enemy.

2) They dont fight, they are just doing the animation i set them to, and just stand there until I kill the surrounding group.

3) Not other than the 15 min timelimit. But it fails as soon as a captive exits the map - not before. I dont see how an ambush or battle can fail the mission.

4) Yes, it's a custom group and it's the same group all the way through the mission.

5) Where do I set this option? I thought the fleeing was just default at rescue.

I guess the same goes for your guestion as above - where do I set what action to do at rescue?

Well, I dont want them to be rescued in a certain order - they just all have to be rescued for mission complete. I dont have anything set to Rogue, and I'm sure he dont die on the way, because I follow him all way to the door and see him enter. Then at that second, the mission ends...

My first mission contains the rescue of 3 characters, an ambush at the rescue of one of the characters, and a battle. All the characters are set to "Required for mission complete" but whenever I free one of them, they automatically run to a specific door on the map, exits, and then I'm sent out of the mission with a failed dialog - telling me I failed to rescue them all...

They are created as three seperate rescues (not one with quantity set to 3). Anyone know how to solve this problem?

Your work is awesome, Psygon! I would really appreciate if you could "cutify" my main character, Kenvygz. He is a dark themed hero, so I guess it will be a challenge for you to make him look cute.

Here is some screenies of all my characters. I always try to make the costume fit the history of my character, which I have thought up before I start working on the costume - I try to make them as unique as possible.

Kenvygz - Level 41, Grav/Kin controller. A defender of the Anti-life Equation at the Source Wall - the end of the universe.

Nameg Un Gador - Level 32, Dark/Dark scrapper. A demon god controlling the fate of everyone in the universe.

Herr Klown - Level 6, Will/SS tanker. An insane clown that have escaped the circus he was captured by, and forced to work for.

Cináed - Level 5, Sword/Shield scrapper. A spartan warrior teleported to modern time to aid in the war on Earth.

This might be a stupid question, but I'm a newb still so bear with me.

I really like the greek/mythology themed armors that I have seen in the game the last couple of days, but I dont have access to these myself. One of these armors are included in the Mac Special Edition - but do I really have to pay 14,99 for this edition, when I already got the full version of the game (the Combined Edition)?

Will I be able to use the Mac Edition when I'm using PC, and will it have any special impact on my game, other than adding the new armor and Mission Teleporter?

This question of course goes with the other special editions as well. I hope anyone can enlighten me!
