So I would imagine when Burnout was first concepted the original design likely instantly recharged everything then people started to do obscene things.
Imagine with me that you are in closed beta before Burnout, the new tier 5 speed pool power which recharges all primary/secondary powers, was changed to primary/secondary.
How would YOU break it?
I'd like to think that
[Eye of the Magus][Drain Psyche][Inferno][Burnout] Repeat would have been insanely fun. -

Probably a dumb question, but...
If you buy more character slots for a server from the Paragon Market, can you immediately make characters in those slots, or are you just buying "potential slots," but you still have to pay to unlock them? Like we now have 36 potential slots, but we have to pay to unlock 24 of them. -

Folks: there's no such things as a totally free channel. They are dictatorships. Mostly benevolent. But in the end, still dictatorships.
Although there's a lot more free speech allowed in CU, I doubt I'm gonna be a cuddly favorite if I go in there bad-mouthing Bud. I use the channel knowing darn well someone owns it, and I defer to their rules-- published or not-- so I can remain in the channel.
Publishing the rules is just being honest that there is a limit. -

So I rolled my own CEBR and after running the arc 1.5 times... I got bored.
I guess this farming isn't lucrative enough for me or something. Oh well. Nice guide anyways!
