Like Jayboh, I also agree that this is a fair price scale. Heck, add 50-100 PP because the Leprechaun actually has a buff and the others are purely cosmetic and I'll still be able to nod and think that's remotely fair.
I disagree with Jayboh that the Flying Disc power is ridiculously overpriced. I'd be willing to pay that much, if I could afford it, because I think it's kind of fun (unfortunately I can't justify spending that much money for the level of entertainment value it provides at my current level of underemployment)... Though I do think the Flying Disc power would be better priced at 160 or even 200 PP. -

What more exactly do you want? -
Quote:You never know. They tend to have awesome sales during their anniversary month (April 28-May 31).I meant like when pigs fly and they actually do it quote me lol.
But I do believe you're right in that they're never going to discount global storage bonuses outside of special event sales (anniversary, Black Friday, holiday season, etc.). -

Those "low level enhancements" aren't by any chance the 5 Going Rogue preorder enhancements that are locked to that individual character, are they?

Sorry for the necropost. -
Quote:That cape package was discounted months ago. It is now 300 PP.You might have been right this time, but I wouldn't trust Paragon Studios to ever refrain from cheating you when it comes to pricing on the market. We're talking about a company that sells the High Collar Cape individually for 40 more points than the pack that includes it. They've shown from the start that they are more than willing to take you for every dime you have. Assuming any good faith in the pricing system is a bad idea.

Go ahead and finish this sentence for me:

Quote:They did when I tested them on the beta server. (Never used on on live.)1) Do XP boosters work during AE missions? I think they do, but want confirmation.
Quote:2) Does the Double XP weekend affect the XP earned in AE missions? I seem to recall that it does NOT, but again want confirmation.
Quote:3) ... will the XP booster power stack?
Quote:4) For normal missions, trials, street sweep, etc., will the XP booster power stack with the Double XP weekend bonus XP? ie: 100% + 100% = 200 * 1.25 = 250% total XP from defeats?
Quote:5) It appears from the WIKI that the end of mission / end of Arc / and Trial bonus awards are also doubled. Are these bonuses also affected by XP boosters?
Quote:6) Most Particulary, would an active XP booster power affect the big extra bonus granted by completing a Weekly Strike Target, and will that enlarged bonus also be doubled by the Double XP event?
Quote:7) Finally, Is it correct to say that XP boosters work only when your Character is alive. -

It's Tuesday again, aka NEW STUFFS DAY!
Today, as pointed out in the last couple posts, we get the Leprechaun Pet for 800PP. It's a special non-combat pet that emits an aura that increases the influence your character gains by 10% when he's close by. He can NOT be targeted or damaged by enemies, just like the other non-combat pets. The Leprechaun Pet is only available in the Paragon Market until March 31, 2012.
As Snow Globe points out in the post below this, the Olympian Guard costume pieces were also added to the store today. These costume items are FREE to VIPs, but can be purchased by Free/Premium players at the rates listed in his post.
For sales, we've got the other non-combat pets at 25% off! The Vanguard MVAS vanity pet is on sale for 263PP and the German Shepherd pet is on sale for 375PP. Windfall temporary powers are also on sale at 25% off.
EDIT: OP and spreadsheet have been updated. -

So, there's a few different factors to consider when it comes to enemy group size.
For starters, a standard group at +0/x1 difficulty is 3 minions or 1 minion, 1 lieutenant--so for every lieutenant in the group you're fighting against you've lost 2 minions. Bosses work similarly... I believe they're rated at 5 minions (though I'm not 100% sure about that).
So, think of an enemy grouping in terms of point values:
Minions = 1 point
Lieutenants = 2 points
Bosses = 5 points
I want to say you can expect a single group of enemies at x8 difficulty to be worth 16 points. That could mean 3 bosses/1 minion, 2 bosses/2 lieutenants/1 minion or any other grouping that adds up to 16 points.
I might not be completely right about the "point values" for bosses or the number of "points" in a x8 group, but the concept is solid--every boss in an enemy grouping means it's going to be several members smaller. -

Quote:Last time, I complained about tell me, "Welcome to GameStop!" when I entered, because I damn well know where I am, thank you, and now they no longer do it.
Generally, most people complain about us having to push the membership card, replacement plans and preorders. But again, we're required to do it. It's our version "would you like fries with that?" and we have to say it if we want to keep collecting paychecks.
By the way, I just found this out yesterday... if you take a survey and don't give at least a 9 out of 10 on the "would you recommend this store to your friends" question, the store manager gets yelled at by the DM. Le sigh. -
