I know this already. What I would like help with is the rest of the build, things like how am I on endurance, is my hp amount ok, etc.

I am not taking into account any incarnate stuff. Keep in mind free to play vs legendary sub. I want this build to work the way its supposed to regardless of my account status.

I am working on a build for a Broad Sword / Will Power brute. I would like some advice on the build. I could get the defenses capped at 45% if I took combat Jumping, but I am taking Super Jump instead, which puts s/l/f/c/e/n at about 42-43%. I have not done included any incarnate stuff.
Is this an ok build? I want to make this an inexpensive build. I know with the kenitc combats and eradication IO's, it wont be. I do have the purple enchants laying around so that it is no issue. I do plan on using Soul mastery sooner or latter, and using soul tentacles, darkest night and summon widow (with it being as permma as possible.)

I do try to stay out of trouble. The problem is, I cant, and that is one super power I wish I did not have. Even taking Ritalin just makes it worse. -
I have not played coh much lately. I know a coh helper is a new in game feture that people can choose to be part of. Beyond this, I know nothing about it. How can this help me when I can not log into the game game?

The lattest patch is updated. I tried "repair" and check for up dates. They both went as expected, I am still stuck at the nottice that says "Loading...". Restarting the computer does not help. I even tried using the orginal updater (the one the ncsoft updater replaced.) I did not try playing the game when i20 hit, so I can not be sure that was the cause of the problem. I do know the game worked fine the week before. I am also running on vista. Aslo, updating from vista to windows 7 is physicaly not possible for me at the moment. My firewall is off and there is no restrictions on my internet connection.
Should I just send an email to the coh devs?

As of i20, I can not load coh. When I click on play now for CoH on the NCsoft Launcher, it gives me the loading nottice that tells me that the game is loading. It just sits there and does nothing else. The loader updated the new patch for i20 last week and had this problem. I tried it again yesterday and updated to another patch. But I am still having the same problem. Does anyone know why this is happening? I tried looking it up, but there does not seem to be any postings about this particualr problem.

I just brouht an electic/sheild brute hero side. It has to have recall friend and I do want a stealth power in it so I can use it with the sealth proc. I have over 5 bill inf so getting good stuff inst a problem.
I am wanting to max out its defences (aoe, range and melee) and get rid of his endurence problem while being an aoe type monster. I can get better stats if I choose diffrent powers, but this is basicaly what I wish to play with. This is what I have planned so far. Any reccomendations are welcome. I am trying to stay away from the patron pools. I never liked them much.
Any help is welcome.

I have played around with mids alot trying to figure this out, but I cant. I have also looked at Local Man's guide and alot of other ones, but they were only of limited help to me.
I am trying to make a toon that has its ragned defence caped and has Phantom Army's recharge down to 60 seconds. How can I do this? It seems like I can only have one or the other, not both.
I have the purple confuse set, and I aslo want recall friend and the self rez power from the fire epic, but this is not requried for my build. I have the influnce to purchase exnsive recpies if I need to.
Can anyone ues mids hero desginer to show me the build and post the seed code please?
