    The issue is not Loto Quebec, but a law that force any compagny that announce a prize to give garanty that the price will be given. There is state (rhode island I think) that has similar law.

    That was establish after some contest had not given any price claiming that the winning ticket never show up (contest like McDo) or that were claiming that nobody had claimed the price (now they have to find a way to give it).

    I did a sky raider mission where i encounter 4 boss.
    Then a family mission where there was 1 freak and 1 family together.
