That would be more counter productive, because you need the resistances more as your bar goes down. I could just see a toxic attk (assuming they would give resistance to that type of dmg) it starts off '-3' '-3', and then at yellow '-5' '-5', and red '-15' '-15'. It would totally make me mad if it went that way. Why not just take the highest resist, and give it to them all the time?? Oh wait, that's Invuln... But, invuln has +Def and +Resist buffs, so why can't the other way around be true?? I forgot, the different builds within a given archetype aren't supposed to be balanced. I mean, if that was the case, there would be more SR's, and Regens and Invulns wouldn't be as far ahead in terms of quantity playing a given build. I see why there are more regens and invulns out there, but it's from a game mechanics aspect, because you can get 90% of everything in the SR pool in the other pools, but the reverse isn't true...

OK, so maybe I'm a little out of the loop here, and maybe it's just my perception of how things work, but I'm sitting here still contemplating the concepts between two scrappers, mainly the one comes to mind: Regen vs SR.

I always saw two things, and maybe I'm completely off base here, but try to hear me out.

A regen scrapper, in terms of concept, is basically 'Yes, you're going to hit me, but I've got such a high regen rate that the damage will be mitigated by the high +Health that I'm always receiving'. OK, so I know some people don't like my attitude towards Regens, but that is how I see the concept of them.

A SR scrapper, on the other hand, is more along the lines of 'I may not have the uber health replenishment rate of Regens, but you have to hit me first'.

OK, so my point of view is a little askew, but am I off my rocker in terms of concepts when put up head to head?? Personally, I think that regens have too many +Def pwrs, when compared to SR's.

Either that, or SR's need to have their +Def powers buffed more, but seeing as the trend is moreso to Nerf as opposed to Buff, that is why I say nerf the +Def's of Regens...

I forgot to mention someone, although I'm not sure as to how I could have ever forgotten her: Goddess should be at the top of the list, because she's a hell of a good player and she's always been more than willing to help out and answer my n00b questions, so, without further adeiu, I'd like to ask Goddess to come forward and be recognized for all that she's done for this server.
