I have fun on speed ITF's, but I like normal ones too. It's just a different mindset going into it, I guess- all about efficiency and organized action. It's a fun challenge. I don't think I've ever seen one at 18:08! The last run I did with those people was at 19 something.

I ran a normal ITF later that evening and had fun there, too. It was probably 3x as long.
