The issue is live! I'll see you all tonight at 8 eastern time.
Also, I changed my character's name to Sinister Sphinx. Same powers and AT though. -
Wailers: Because 4 different models in total is enough to count as a faction
-
Tsoo: Because otherwise you might walk too fast.

Quote:Character level shouldn't be considering a rule. Super Side kicking pretty much fixes any need for us to even consider it. If the leader is 1 or 2, everyone else will be 1 or 2. And here's the kicker: Those who are exemped to a lower level via super side kicking will still get XP. Yes. It's an awesome system.
I know these things. I'm not really imposing rules here, but I am saying a few things. Level 1 or 2 characters because, we're rolling new characters for this. You can be any level sure, but I thought it might be nice to give people a general idea of what to expect.
And level 5 later, in Oakes because you cant get the Mayhem travel power unless you are at least level 5. So these things are guidelines.
Also later, as we take on great amounts of Trials and Strike Forces, I believe the minimum level requirements will still be in effect. So again, a general consensus of levels if probably for the best, overall. -
Alright, it's possible that tomorrow could very well be the big roll out.
So here is what is on the agenda, if that happens.
Meet at level 1 or 2 at 8 o clock PM eastern time at Kalinda. Divide into two teams if we have to, making sure each team is balanced, roughly.
Run Kalinda's missions, using Mission Skip on Eliminate the Infected until we all hit level 5.
At which we point we leave Mercy for Port Oakes.
Run three paper missions. Non kidnapping, non cave related would be the preference, but I'm not going to zone in and out looking for the ideal mission.
Run the Mayhem if there is time. Get temp travel power.
Profit.
All of this is assuming the two hour time frame permits, but I believe it should be plenty, even stopping to level here and there.

Blood Spectre comes from a Forgotten Realms 3.5 D&D campaign I was running years ago, just before CoV came out.
My running nemesis for the game was this entity that I called The Red Shade, which was something of a collective unconsciousnous made sentient and hostile. In short, it was like the left over fear from thousands of years of people living and dying, made somehow sentient, and driven to spread fear murder and suffering. It manifested itself as a shadow that dripped with blood, and it's goal was to spread it's influence into the mind of every living thing. Toward this end it would bleed into an evil creature's mind and invest them with a portion of it's own nearly endless power. These servants were kept alive in an undead state by the transformation, and were The Red Shade's primary means of furthering it's dark goals. And of course, they were called, Blood Spectres. So that's where my name comes from. -
Quote:Well there is that long line of people trying to get residency in Grandville.
Non super powered citizens are never robbed in the open in broad daylight either.
And we don't have force fields locking us in.
1) I think they're just there to listen to Recluse's badass propaganda speech.
2) That's because we break into their homes to rob them. That's right, we make house calls.
3) There are War Walls, but they are just way out at sea. -
Quote:Do they even have laws there - apart from the "Recluse is boss" law?
Law 1) If you can do it and get away with it, you can do it. If you get caught, you're on your own. This includes crimes against Arachnos.
Law 2) Attacking an Arbiter is equal to an assault on Lord Recluse himself, so don't do it unless you think you're bad enough to take on Recluse.
Law 3) By the same token, the Arbiter's speak with Recluse's voice, so do what they say unless you think you're tough enough to tell Recluse to shove off.
Everything else is really more of a suggestion, with incentives offered for going a long with the plan. -
Quote:Way to see the glass as being half full!Hopefully not. Anything this surreal needs to stick around if only for the entertainment value. I mean, seriously, just this one thing:
"AE might be a tool to make devs look funky in 'universal devs parties' Half of them at the bar, half dancing, and the 3d half askin how WoW did it, still.
Its perfect nonsence."
... worth a thousand laughs. AT LEAST.

Quote:It'll be fixed around the time Claws gets ported to Tankers or Stone Armor is given to Scrappers...
and I can be there on Tuesday.
G-
In further dire news for Claws/Stone combo builds, the ability to combine Claws and Stone Armor was also removed from AE custom creatures in the latest patch to test. -
If Issue 16 drops this Tuesday I can be there.

We let him keep the isles because they suck and nobody else wants them. (Well, that and I like his speach in Grandville). And no, I dont run errands for him. Nothing I have done since my repeated trouncing of daddy longlegs has been consistant with running errands for Recluse.

A survey of local voters reveals that two thirds of residents are still on the fence over this issue.

Quote:....And why the hell do for post-40 Freaks deserve to get less xp? Post-40 Freaks are an exploit...? Who the hell knew.
The mind boggles. Apparently you do 15% more damage by virtue of being 40th level of higher, and so the xp needs to be cut accordingly to balance it out. -
