~Story~

Growing up in the hard knox of Port Oakes; Max Jones had both parents and was a playful one. He looked up to the gangsters that flourished around him. He was brighter then the other kids, for he knew that the likes of The Family ran the majoring districts back then. He even went as far as to say they raised him not his parents.At 11 years old, during a pinch, Jones was caught in a crossfire and was taken in for questioning. He held his tongue , not ratting out anyone. There was when The Family owed him. They were honored and took him under his wing. He was one of them and at so young. What else that The gang loved about him was his maturity. He had more charisma then the top guys. Jones had more guts, craft, and flamboiance in his teens then the oldest veterans. The made man in his crews district , Dave "Acid" Divini, honored him his most trusted protege at the age of 19. During a gang leader meeting of all districts Divini introduced Jones. He made comments on his perfectionism, his determination, his smoothness. The leaders laughed do to his age inwhich was only out of pure respect commenting "Hey Smoothie, Mr. Smooth man." With time, he only grew smarter. He wracked up the bulk of The Familys money with his skills of heist. He knew wher to hit and wher not to like the back of his hand. He was a sharp dresser. He cared for his appearence in an almost insane way. He made sure to never make a mistake, and to no matter what..get the job done and in style. He loved to be flashy.

Around his early twenties the neighboring districts leader and his gang was fighting longbows. Unprepared and weaponless, Jones joined the fray. He faught hard but was horribly beaten. He had never been so defeated at anything. While the leader was pinched he suffered heavy wounds and heavy embarressment considering a renown ,respected protege of another gang. This sparked something that gang life,or the streets could not teach him. He came across a secrative organization in Grande Ville. They were a group of highly secret, highly trained assassin killers. He dissapeared from The Family for 5 solid years of non-stop training. Being the perfectionist he is, he was driven. After his dissapearence he came back to find out that the very organization he trained with were the ones that tipped the Longbow on the attack on Divinis gang. He took his revenge with his boys and killed every member. He killed the founding member with his bare hands in a single fight.

After Divinis recovery he started to notice Max Smooth Jones rise to power, and rapidly escalating. The other districts were complaining of takeing an unfair profit from their businesses. Max and his gang were on a steam roll. Dave Divini ordered a secret meeting to kill Jones in a well elaberate plan. They still had knowledge that Jones did not possess. They ordered Smooth to sneak into Grand Ville and steal recluses power ray, and made sure not to tell him of the technicalitys regaurding its safety. With ease Jones succeeded, but upon approaching the ray, it exploded. Raw red energy serged and crackled onto his body. The potent force burnt into his nerves, soon every cell in his body was channeling the rays energy. He became a conducter of super kanetic force ashis cells absorbed its power. He had an increase of strength as well as speed. His endurance excalated by far. He was able to output high energy heat from his chest hands, and feet. The pupils of his eyes sparked. His sences became hyper sensative. Filled with rage and betrayal he knew what he had to do next.

Assuming Jones to have melted, The Family succumbed to a brutal messy revenge. Each districts leader fell victom to Smooths power. The last victom was Dave Divini. Drunk with his power, he slowly began to lose his mind, elaberatly killing off every member including his own posse. He used his skills and new power to wreak havoc across Rouge Island and innocent people. Still considered the greatest mind in crime, the Longbow has deemed him one of Paragons most wanted.

Mr.Smooth has the ability to generate large amounts of kanetic energy from his body and out put it into short bursts. He is capable of only distributing from his eyes ,hands, feet. Learning from his former gang life he became a master of stealth. As well as his history, he is the master of a lost and secret fighting style. Freedom Phalanx also record him as a determand "stop at nothing" villain with a very cagey mind. He has out manuevered their top stratigest.

~Current Affairs~

On a run of the mill bank run, inwhich he thought he had perfected, he came across the hero known as Black Dance. Black Dance and Mr.Smooth had almost identicle personalities.
They leveled the entire block when they fought. Smooth was only able to escape with half his loot. He had never once failed a mission until he was confronted by Black Dance. Smooth developed a grudge and would forever rival Black Dance until he was dead.

Like tormentoso said. Maybe find some people with a travel power, warp, speed, or jump (considering you have one) and hold races. Maybe even put up wagers or bets.Have a little marathon or olympics.

You also might want to hit every map and clear them completely. Its actually very time consumeing. If not go to Rikti warzone.

Vega Petrichor had a priviledged life. He wasnt spoiled but got what he asked for when working for it. Seemingly normal personality. He enjoyed being alone growing up. Very few friends, and a lone wolf. When growing older he became the odd type, or "goth". He loved girls, hanging out with them, trying to charm every pretty face he could. He was a very good looking teen for he dedicated himself on his looks and condition. Though his personality somewhat negative and dark natured,he loved to make people laugh and find the comedy in things. His class found him somewhat crazy. He is indeed a perfectionist and strives to know everything about everything. Cares about his appearence and how he dresses. One day on a night out with a group of girlfriends they decided to go danceing. There he learned the sheer art style of it all. He made it his hobby and pastime; to learn everysingle dance known to man, and master it. This bled into his fascination of martial arts. He used his free time to master both martial arts and danceing. He observed how alike they were in artistic respects, conditioning and practice. He is Paragons youngest and most versitile martial artist to surpass each teacher in recorded history. As well in rouge Island. He learned everything from Karate to Muy Thai to hapkido. Every western and eastern style he could study. Then at the age of 17 he won his fist dance contest at Pocket D. He loved every style of danceing from Flamenco, Russian waltz, breakdance to square, ballet tango ect ect.

During his senior year in highschool, his grandparents died. A man like Vega was pretty shaken up by it. While looking down at his grandfathers dead face he wanted to know everything he could about the afterlife and death. He used his free time studying para-normal activities, the occult and the science behind it. After graduating he enrolled into Farren Falls university and for 5 strait years studying the para-normal. He became the most renown scientist in that field. He became the first man to record tangeible evidence of a ghosts physicle form. After his sucess and the universitys awards he took a break and got back into an intence danceing and martial art training.

The day after his 25th birthday, Vega conducted an experiment with the help of his girl friend. He wanted to summon a spiritual anomoly to gather ectoplasm. He conducted it in Boomtown wher theres a history of horror. The summoning occured at a place of high psychic turbulence. After 40 minutes of their session a black large mass emmited from the summoning pentagram. The large black smokey mass attacked both Vega and his girlfriend. The apperition made physical contact and was very hostile. The evil was apparent. Vega dove at the specter to shield his girlfriend and wounded up absorbing its vast supernatural powers. His hands emmits a dark glow and has super strength, and speed. 6 spikes portruded from his forehead. Whatever they had summoned it was powerful.

The evil Vega experianced changed him forever. He realised that some things in this world must be either protected or destroyed. He dedicated himself on never letting anything remotely evil free. Either by his new powers or experiance he was a driven man. His enemies gave him his title as they witnessed their leader being subdued. Described as a danceing Black Shadow. Caling him Black Dance.

Black Dance absorbed the powers of a phantom of darkness. His hands radiat a dark smokey aura that can be channeld by regular will. He uses it to blind foes, call upon dark tendrils to bind and crush his enemies. He masters darkness itself.

Using his unbound knowledge of martial arts he uses that with his danceing skills to make a deadly equation. Useing these skills had made his powers stronger. The supernatural effects altering his phsyicality. He is able to go over 300 yards in a single leap. He is recorded to lift 2.5 tons above his waiste, and move at super speed. He is able to generate 120 mph winds by spinning. His powers seem to fluxuate according to his emotion.

The Freedom Phalanx has acquired a dependable ally with Black Dance. Citadel offered Black Dance a mission to foil a simple bank robbery. Confident with a mear bank crook he gladly excepted. Upon arriving at the scene he came across the villain Mr.Smooth. Black Dance and Mr.Smooth had almost identicle personalitys and methods. They had a battle that leveled the entire block causing alot of property damage cost. Smooth lost half of his loot and gotten away. It was the first failed mission Black Dance ever had. He developed a grudge and vice versa. They became heated bitter enemies and forever rivaled. Constantly foiled by eachother.
