    You are overlooking the fact that the /cold set doesn't come with a actual heal. This is the best feature buff the set offers and it did and does need the tweak.

    It will be nice to have but remeber someone with the /cold can't heal those wounds like a actual healer/defender. So even the great buff mixed in with some of the shields still won't allow a /cold corruptor to replace or compete with the powers of the tanks in CoH.

    UMMMM yea I did I do have a lvl 50 bubbler.... again reread my statement ... I was talking about cold in general comparsion to defender's (90% of the AT have heals) and corruptors (most of the other sets have some type of major buff/debuff of some sort... without frostwrork the cold set is left out in the cold.... but I guess your to fine tuned to figure that out.

  3. The biggest problem that I can see is that there is nothing that actually sets the defender apart. Controllers at end game negate the purpose of a defender with the buff/debuff and the amount of damage they can do mix with the holds.

    Defenders need a area of specialty. What I mean by this for example if you look at scrappers and blasters. Scrappers are designed to go toe to toe with mobs thus they get the 500% damage cap because of a certian risk. Blaster's are the long arm of the law and are designed to do Damage from afar and cap out at 400%. Now each are designed to do damage but it's how they are to do the damage that make's the difference.

    Defenders and controllers need something along those same lines other than the 5% difference in the buff/debuff.
