Willpower sounds like a good "natural" power. However I have never radiated bright orange lights when I resist a 3rd trip back to the buffet. Will power really shouldn't have any aura IMO.

I gotta say dual swords is a dissapointment. This is a power set alot of us had been waiting on for a long time, and instead of some really cool unique blades.....we get what looks slightly longer katanas. I say boooo!

QUESTION: Willpower is for tankers,scrappers, brutes, and stalkers. Do brutes and tankers get the dual swords also?

I have found the same problem: With Death Shroud and Opressive Gloom running, it is a bear... add in a Hand Clap and it turns glacial in speed.

And yet everytime I goto the market there are 5-10 people standing around with all their AoE auras blazing.

The mothership lag was kinda expected, it's the Invasions in regular zones that lag me out to the point where it isn't even fun. Hopefully this is made better.

The Perfect Stone/Invulnerable Brute w/ IOs


PRIMARY POWERS:

Stone Mallet, Heavy Mallet, Seismic Smash all get slotted with 4 IO from CRUSHING IMPACT. Acc/Dam/Rech, Acc/Dam/End, Dam/End/Rech, and Dam/End. They also get 2 IO from TOUCH OF DEATH. Acc/Dam/End, and Dam/End/Rech. The numbers vary depending on what level IO you use (I recommend waiting till you can get 35 and above) but this will give you around:

58 Accuracy
100 Damage
76 Recharge
99 Endurance

Tremor gets 6 slotted with SCIRROCO’S DERVISH.

Hurl Boulder only gets the slot it comes with. I would put an Accuracy SO, HO, or IO in.

Build-up gets three recharge SO, HO, or IO.

This build uses 22 of 24 powers so you can take Stone fist if you like, but there are no slots left for it.


SECONDARY POWERS:


Resist Physical Damage, Resist Elements, Resist Energies, Temporary Invulnerability, Unyielding, and Unstoppable all get 6 slotted with IMPERVIUM ARMOR. This is the hardest part of this build because Impervium Armor is both expensive and hard to come by. If you are patient and willing to spend the loot it is well worth it.

Invincible and Tough Hide get 6 slotted with GIFTS OF ANCIENTS.

Dull Pain gets MIRACLE 6 slotted.



FITNESS POWER POOL:

I take all 4 powers here because I like to be able to move. You can skip either swift or hurdle if you wish.
Health get slotted with 2 Numina’s Convalescence. Heal and Heal/anything. (Whatever is the cheapest to get)
Stamina gets 3 slotted with Endurance Modification SO, HO, or IOs.


TRAVEL POWER POOL:

You can pick any travel pool you like, just remember there are no slots left to put here.

This build should completely take care of any endurance issues, and help a lot with Psionic attacks, which was this power combos biggest problem. I made a new Brute just for this and am only to level 14 so I can’t comment on how great it is.....but I think it will dominate. I will post gain with any updates I have. Anyone who decides to try this build, please post here also. I would love to hear some feedback.

IMO this issue sounds great. I am a strong believer in more powersets, costumes and ATs....but this issue sounds like alot of fun with alot of new content to experience.

Some people will just never be happy and always complain.

MoG should actually fit Regen instead of being total opposite and out of place.

I think MoG should be a +attack rate, +regen, +endrurance regen. That's it. Nice and simple. Gives you a few minutes to go crazy on some fools and then you crash like most tier 9 powers. That would fit regen.
