Are team captains allowed to bench people for not showing up to practice or for not being "as good" as the rest of the team?

I see people say the person being killed has to be within 3 lvls and ive hard within 5 lvls of the killer, ive also heard it doesnt matter.
In zone pvp, if everyone is exemped to lvl 30, can a lvl 50 get a drop on a lvl 20? -
They are all low level but i figured someone out there could make use of them. I am selling for 50mill total and u have all three.

Hmm...we have a ton of d6 members. If we do 6v6 there will be a lot hurt feelings...I think the two teams facing each other should have the captains decide ultimately.

I don't know if this has been suggested yet or not but I have had this idea for a while.
When there are recipes in our inventory, the required salvage to craft it should have a bidding option next to it. This would reduce the time it takes to search for each piece of salvage individually and craft the recipe, substantially. -

I took the purpose of the D6 team as a way for people new to PvP to get involved with organized PvP in a non intimidating more relaxed maner. Also to give these same people access to experienced PvP'rs to learn techniques.
Not sure kicking people before the first match has even taken place is the right message to send to new PvP'rs. But what do i know i am a carebear. -
