That is my build except I have the Superior Ascendency IO's in. I can only do +4/0 missions right and even on some of those I get beat up on.
My cycle is Synaptic Overload to spread confusion, Pop off Paralyzing Blast, jump in hit Drain Psyche then Psychic Shockwave, Sleet and Ice Storm with a Chain Fences to keep them in.
I feel like I'm missing something to make myself stronger.
