Well my self i'm planing on going for the double hit hybrid on my defender time/fire since you never know when you may hit your damege cap on a team and hiting more goes past that and defender damege cap isn't very high anyway and last i checked hybrid toggle is zero end cost so it should not effect your end problems.

Hello long time lurker after reading a bit i have to wonder if you slot this in a power like rain of fire would that then make that power to knock down making it more like freezing rain in effect?
