    Claws/SR

    my main zigzagg is claws SR,i have chosen every SR power and also took aid self , as i feel my survivability increased a lot.

    Do you plan on any PVP with him? if so that will also make power choices different, personally i respec'd at 50 for a more pvp friendy char.
  2. the attention we recieved from those GM's after hami died was strange but everyone done great to deal with them, ty tsum and spine for leading us perimiter guards the way you did, its your leadership that made things go as smooth as it was


    PS. hmm maybe a few WB nukes for thew end might help deal with them next time. just a thought.
  3. hey there, im also a claws / SR made mine b4 I7 and i only ever PVE'd really, but once i hit 50 i started to realize theres not much left for me but pvp, so i looked into some stuff to help the claws/ SR in pvp.

    as already mentioned above, aid self is very handy in PvP and is well worth taking, also followup slotted 3 recharge is very nice too, i also took hasten, this helps keep me double followup'd through my attack chain, which once your through your first round can start hurting ppl

    with claws and pvp you then have to decide if you want to take some of the AE's.This is up to you, and may also depend if your planning any PVE.personally i went for more single target attack chain, but still took eviscirate because the damage in that is good enough for me to use on any single foe.

    all in all though, my advice would be copy to the test server, and play with some builds, it took me a while to come up with one i liked, and there is a few diff ones to choose from.

    To address this point specifically: That behavior would be a bug. Damage tracked expires as you heal or regenerate. So if you took 99% damage from an NPC, healed it all back, and then took 100% damage from a PC, you would get zero debt.

    That was the way it was desinged, and if it's not functioning that way, then it is a bug, and will be fixed.

  5. First off hey all, been playing the game a while now, read the boards regularly, never felt / had the need to register or post b4 now, But just read this on US forum regarding debt in pvp zones.
    If a player is defeated in a PVP zone, a portion of the debt given will be based on two things: Damage from NPCs and damage from other players. The more damage dealt to you by NPCs means more debt when you are defeated.

    This means that you can no longer "escape debt" by being defeated by a player after taking massive damage from NPCs, nor will you be penalized with a massive amount of debt if you are defeated by an NPC after taking a huge amount of damage from a PC.
    Therefore, after reviewing the logs, it appears that the debt received in this instance would be working as intended.
