Excellent guide! However, I noticed that you still had -ACC listed by energy flight and group energy flight. I can say from firsthand experience that energy flight does not have the -ACC anymore as it was changed to speed suppression in I4. Also I'm pretty sure they took the -ACC out of group energy flight as well but I don't have any personal experice with that power as of yet. Aside from that, I find this to be a very informative and helpful guide... 5 stars for choo!

pay no attention to me, just adding to favorites...

I remember the first time I went into the Hollows and thought, "Man this place looks cool."

Only to be disappointed when Flux was way in the NW corner of the Hollows by that warehouse surrounded by like 750 million trolls.

And when Julius was down on the bank of the Red River surrounded by like 750 million trolls.

And the first time I got invited to do the Atta mish and walked in to a map with like ... you guessed it, 750 million trolls

And now I avoid the Hollows like the plague unless I'm just street sweeping, or have my ATP.

On a side note, I remember the first time I did the Hess TF in Striga ("omg! It's like 300 ft tall!!!") Kudos to the Devs on Striga

I would like to add (even though it's probably been mentioned) that not all of the people WLing were noobs. The Winter Lord helped me to get my rad/rad defender off the shelf and to a level where he can actually fight, quite impressively I might add, instead of just standing still hoping the fight doesn't last longer than it takes for his debuffs to drain his end I now have 4 decent level alts that I really enjoy playing, and due to that, my SG membership has easily doubled.

On a side note, most of my new SG mates did some WLing at one point or another, and I would consider them some of the best players I've teamed with to date. So, to say the the winter event was a "failure" is, IMO, utterly incorrect.

That being said, I have encountered a few 20-ish noobs, and while they frustrate me, I always saw the WL as more of a reward for the people with upper level toons who didn't want to grind through the grueling pre-stamina days with some of their alt experiments.
