I am currently in the works and building a grav/rad controller, and will have the build up for a 1-32 build. Look for it soon.
Fyi, also have an ene/ene flight blaster build ready to go up. And as i had seen this request in this thread, i have worked out an Illusion/force field guide (for the teamer, non solo) that will be up shortly as well.
Keep in mind i work all my builds that you will be seeing going forward off of real experience builds, as i have seen some that are run off numbers only, and posted thoughts on optimum. I don't build as such, all my build sare in game work ups. Most of my builds will have a suggested optimum, and an alternate optimum choice to avoid cookie cutting while retaining "uber 1337 pwnz."
