Hey Z, its Oct. 11th and my account bills on Oct. 4th and I still don't have points....What's the deal with that?

Okay billing date Oct. 4th and still no points VIP status ...but no points. I received the email saying point would be issued today. Where they at? I don't think its fair my account is paid, and has been paid, but I am not getting what was promised....What's the deal? You guys know other games are going free to play, and would love to take CoX players. That should be reason enough to fix this.
