Not all the game was about pvp for me, but that 95% is simply your idea of how things are and dosnt fit to ALL players of this game, for me pve was where i could team with frends and enjoy the friendly banter, the rest of pve was grinding up some inf and slotting my toons so i could be good in pvp, thats where most of my fun and excitement was (for me).
You know when your heart starts to race as your attacked by another player who actually has a chance of killing you? (or maybe i have a bad coronary system... ah who cares im a on a rolle) i never got that frill from pve, and now thats gone with i13.
Edit, i forgot to say about somthing els that was funny.
i was in warburg last year on my bs/wp trying to get some nukes and as i jumped into a mob of arachnoids another scrapper came out of nowhere but as i always keep parry up in my attack chain he/she couldnt hit me so i carry on wiping out the mob while the scrapper cept attacking and missing, the last minion gose down and i turn on the scrapper and 2 shot it with dubble crits, i loved unresistible crits in i12 -
I used to love attacking stalkers with throwing knives for the dot dmg and its fast recharge, unless thay had high defence it would hit pretty much all the time and stop them from hiding, was great fun chasing stalkers around... untill thay placated ofc.
but what i think is really funny is to keep pvping post i13
and seems as though i13 pvp changes will never be removed from zones i have canceled my sub, given all my inf away and deleted all my toons. just dont see the point in wasting any more money and time on a game i dont enjoy anymore. -
Good idea for a thread, last year i was in RV on my fire/fire scrapper when i saw 2 stalkers running towards me just as they phased out of site with there stealth, i knew i was going to be double assassin strike'd so i click on Eye of the magus accolade and waited for the inevitable... then the message popped up ASSASSIN STRIKE! so i healed and hit both build ups and killed both of them as thay were in the total focus animation... no such fun now thoe.
I really miss my fire scrappers dmg, it doesn't do even half of the dmg it used to do, now i have a fire/fire scrapper that dose pretty much the same dmg as my bs/wp but not as tough. -
After trying out my new build i remade it for better resistence which i think a fire needs as its got no god mode, and i dont think i want to go into a pvp zone without tuth.
Now i just need the devs to fix my build up power after thay broke it, just yet another gift from i13...

This is my new build for i13, its going to be hard to get the purples but i think the plus recharge and accuracy is worth the cost, anyway take a look and plz comment on this build, any criticism is appreciated!

hello, i have noticed that my scrappers are doing less damage in i13 than thay were in i12.
I first noticed it on the day of release of i13 when i was fiting a lvl 50 CoT death mage on my fiery melee, fiery aura scrapper, i used to get 770 points of damage out of Incinerate on a Death mage and menny other NPC's, now i get 550 damage from Incinerate when both build up and Fiery Embrace are active and all my attacks are weaker, alos i notice that build up only adds an extra 40 points of damage to my attacks, im sure it used to add alot more than that, i think its all to do with build up.
My attacks do the same damage as thay used to in i12 when not buffed but build up seems much less effective for me now. I have done a bug report but nothing has been done, others i speek to say thay havent noticed any difrence in there powers damage.
anyone els having the same problem? -
I have a bs/regen at lvl 50 and am now trying to slot it for the best regen recharge and accuracy without loosing out on damadge res from tuth or recharge speed on a powers like dull-pain, this is my build in mids, powers are not in order of what lvl's i took them in the game and i could not figure out how to make all OI's lvl 50 like thay are on my char
