I've been having problems on virtue and protector haven't tried any other servers

I've been recently having a rubber banding problem. I play coh on a Hp laptop with an Intel graphics Accelerator card. I've tried /sync /unloadgfx and /reloadgfx to no avail. I've also trien with advanced gfx on and off and my laptop can't handle Ultra mode. This just started happening a day or 2 ago so I don't think It's my comp. I'm not sure what else to do. I've sent a petition but have heard nothing back as of yet. I've asked around and have heard of others having similar problems. How wide spread is this ?

Is anyone else having a rubber banding problem? It just started recently. I can't run thru zones or missions. Its on all servers (well virtue an protector atm). Ive tried to change color theme from Aero to Windows basic. I can't run on Ultra mode and I've tried to run with Advanced graphics on and off, nothing works. I've asked around and I've heard of others having similar problems.
