I just recently took on Nosferatu solo and won but I'm a 50 INV/SS tank with health, stamina, tough and weave decently slotted out so go figure. I did have to eat some inspirations to take him but not many. But again I was playing a tank so that may be the difference. As for tactics for other's I'm not sure this is my first 50 inspite of playing for 5 years (bad for alt-itis)

I have it on my 50 INV/SS. I've used it twice that I can recall. I don't remember the first time but the second was just last week. I don't know that its "needed" but I use it as an emergency, stuff has hit the fan power. The most recent time I was duoing with a friend and somehow we got a bunch of spawns on us. There must have been at least thirty mobs most of which are LTs or bosses pounding on us. He went down fast (he was a scrapper with not great defenses). I was going down inspite of the fact my Hit Point bar usually doesn't move much at all (PSI damage if I recall correctly). I hit unstoppable and managed to survive it and kill most of the spawns and get to the elevator before the crash hit. Came back and cleaned up the mobs that were left. My buddies response was "holy <explicative> how did you survive that".

Anyway, It's probably not needed but it's a nice emergency power under certain circumstances. It really comes down to will you be in a situation that might go pear shapped and do you have room in your build and do you mind taking a death were it might have saved you.
