Hey there gents, I recently got back into CoX after an absence of around 550 days or so, and was looking to make a new character. I settled on a fire/earth Dom and was wondering what a decent, inexpensive build would be? I've only got around 110 million or so inf, doubt I could get anything incredibly fancy with that. Any help is appreciated!
