Guild Description: This department is as the title says, we develop, contain, augment, and propagate evil atrocities. Developing new and exciting atrocities to help garner a substantial hold in Paragon City. To contain the old, new, and current atrocities with vigor, accuracy, and pain. Further augmenting those self-same atrocities to build upon and extend the abilities of those commiting, planning to commit, or denying their commitment to the transactions designated as an atrocity. And last but not least, the ability to propagate each atrocious act with speed and determination to the utmost potential.
We are newly created and are currently building our base of operations. Lord Recluse does not wish for us to be taxing upon his current treasury, but believes we will be able to gleen what we need from our acts to further our job expectations. Though Lord Recluse claims he has no knowldege of a
super powered unit to aid and magnify the existential continuance of atrocities among the do-gooders of Paragon City.
