Whats the point ? Havent the devs have made it quite clear that they dont give a rats *** about PvP?

I'm so sorry, please excuse my noobness, I've been trying to understand PvP for some time now and i stumbled upon this enlightening thread. So i just have 3 short questions:

1.Whats the difference between accuracy and To-hit?i thought they were the same.

2.Whats elusivity?

3.Whats the difference between elusivity and Defense?

Who would win? and why?...for the life of me, i cant tell which one is better

If you had a choice of having one power from CoH/CoV in real life, which would it be? and why?

were you spamming? like saying it back to back 5 or 6 times, i know most ppl ignore spammers, i do sometimes if i get annoyed enough.

Ive seen a video of i think "ware" vs some other ppl, and i saw they had a team of almost all Doms.I also heard all over the place that Mind/fire doms were the pvp class to beat, but i dont get it, i dont get how a archetype focused on holds do the damage to be feared in Pvp.Long story short, i made one and i just would like someone to tell me why they are so deadly and if theyre feeling generous enough maybe give me tips on how to make one?
