Did I say that it was a great anime? No, I said be warned it is terribly graphic, which it is. Same as LOTOF , I mean the story plots were amazing and there, but it was hard to get thru all the rapes. I turned my head a lot.
I also said my favorite was Princess Mononoke.
I listed the ones that I remembered seeing, that is all. I never claimed them to "great". -

My favorites were Spirited Away (almost made The Anger Man cry), Metropolis, Project A-Ko 1 & 2, Ikki Tousen, Dragonball Z, Sailor Moon (yes Sailor Moon. What of it?), Gundam Wing, Gundam 08th MS Team, Tenchi Muyo, Yu Yu Hakusho, Cowboy Bebop, Boys Be, Excel Saga, Jubei Chan, Armitage, Cardcaptor Sakura, Vampire Hunter D, Vampire Princess Miyu, Birdy The Mighty, New Dominion Tank Police, and Burn-Up W.
Those are all from many years ago I know, but I sorta outgrew anime. Not that I don't still like it, I just don't keep up with it anymore. -
