Got a crazy idea on a project. Not gonna talk about it just yet, as I don't know if its gonna work or not. But here a look at a pic of Ms Liberty that I've been working on.

Shins were a little short. I added some length to them (hence the black areas that weren't taken out yet ><). Should look a little better.

First look at a pic of Ms. Liberty that I've spent a few hours working on. This is part of a bigger project that Im working on, which I dont want to say just yet in case it doesnt work

Devs, Posi in particular, have said the lvl cap will not be raised because in a week some players will be at the new lvl cap and screaming theres no content to do.

Something I've been wondering about for a while.
Why does Channel A and/or its members have such a hate-on about Channel B and/or its members? It really feels like nothing more than some elementary school "we're this group,a nd we hate that group over there for no apparent reason. This is just an online game. Isn't the reason we play it is to have fun and not worry about drama. Cause truthfully, if I wanted drama, I'd have my sister record afternoon soaps so I can watch em when I get home.

Can someone explain this to me? no name calling, no calling people out. Just a nice response would be ok.

Dear Devs,
Please remove brawl from the Mastermind Mercenary attack chain. These guys are carrying rifles, heavy weapons, and the like. I see no need for any of the soldiers, much less the Medic, to simply throw down his weapon and charge into melee range of any enemy in the game.

Im sure there are those that may feel differently, but my opinion for the 1.5 cents its worth is mercs are better off without "Merc Brawl".

Im sure there has been another post or posts about this somewhere in the forum, and Im sorry if I am reposting but...

Have the 5th Column really returned to Paragon City? I know that they were hiding in time with the Center pulled his coup and took over and created the Council. And with the release of the new TF and SF, they technically return to the present. But it really doesnt feel like they have actually returned. Maybe I16 holds a few more 5th Column surprises, but I think to give a little more feeling that the 5th Column have returned

1) Constant 5th Column vs Council battles in Boomtown now
2) 5th vs Council zone events in Founder's Falls and Brickstown, which award players badges
3) 5th Column assault on the Council Base in Sharkshead which awards players badges
4) Independance Port and Steel canyon should be split 5th/Council with both groups spreading their propoganda
5) Certain story arcs should be returned to their original state before the 5th Column "left"
