very good idea

ok here are just some ideas ^^

Graphics : Travel Aura(s) [new costume option for each of your travel power - energy form, flames from legs, blur while SSing, superswim etc...]

New Powers : Special Epic Powerpool
you get it from heroes of the phalanx or whatever and it doesn't count as the other powers, just extra powers
SuperFly
Run on Wall
Doublejump
Recall Group
etc...
