The outfits look great the problem is that when you taken a screenie turn your graphics up and FSAA up to 2x so we can see the colors a bit better

The story is interesting, since he can just say the number and become whatever he wants.


My only suggestion is that it helps when posting a story to break up things into paragraphs. Also if anyone is speaking that needs it's own line by itself.

For example:

Superguy went to the market after a day of fighting crime. He pushed his cart down the dairy isle and as he turned the corner he found an empty space where the eggs used to be. The store manager stood in front of the emtpy space with a worried look on his face.

"Well Superguy..." The store manager explained, "all the eggsin the city have been stolen by the Evil ChickenMan"

"Evil ChickenMan?! I must stop him!"

Anyway stuff like that just makes it easy for people to read and know when someone is talking.

That was pretty much my reaction, too.

All the physics are client side only, and no information about them is passed from client to server -- so, it's strictly a visual on your machine. That means, there is no way for people to play volleyball, or kickball. We could put one in that only you, the player, would see, but I imagine that isn't what everyone would like.

I'll one of my teen level toons has some contacts with Tsoo missions so I will have to get in there and take some pics. Or save up a mission with a lot of bosses.

Well mostly I just did a quick reference. I could just go back and number the colors 1-10 with and leave the Rows the same. It was mostly just a quick numbering system for the chart.

I can update it but I know there are people who may have linked or are using those numbers so I don't want to confuse anyone.

Yes but a lot of folks of various races come in about all those skin colors (well cept for the bottom 3 rows).

So I'd be a bit hesistant to make that type of name listing...I might go with makeup colors or something close to that.

But those colors have various degrees of an underlying tint to them. Warm and cool as it were...anyway as soon as I find something decent to title the skin colors, i'll be working on over the holiday.

I'd be glad to help gather screenies for the color matching and the power stuff on the hero side. I'll also try and gather as many on the Villain side too I have one that's close to 40 so it shouldn't be a problem.

Yea but most of the screens from CoV are dark anyway. What's the point, if my graphic cards which is not crappy but not fantastic can't do anything about the darkness factor of the game. I always have to lighten up the photos is photoshop.

Guess that let's me out the contest. Unless I get another graphics card.

Well execellent guide and I see that Teklord posted in here way back when just before he created Pinball Wizards. Since he used this guide as inspiration, you can say we are a shining example of this guide

Also I'm so happy to say that from those humble beginnings Pinball Wizards has spawned into Repeat Offenders Network where many house their Super Teams or Specialized SG's.

I feel bad for your 1 kin who has to boost up 7 folks yet that Kin doesn't get any of SB benefits. Maybe swap out one of those Spines for another Kin and get dual benefits.

Hertz you could just use the names of the colors instead of ABC but I like the whole spring time, romantic..descriptions of colors as well.

I'm for your Method 2 -- If you like say "military" can be a combination of Black (A1) Dark Olive Drab (E41) Olive Drab (E42)
So that way you can still use the chart numbers and names if you like with your swatch matching for specific descriptive type.

BTW: Here's the color picker with just the numbers only

Wait how can you be against something that makes the game more social friendly? I mean isn't that what you want bases to be (looks at the link in your sig).

What super heroes don't ever get to take a pause or a break and see some kids (yes I know there aren't any kids in paragon city) playing kickball and have fun with them? C'mon now...you can fit that into your role-playing activities.

Some kid has lost their big red ball -- maybe it’s an experiment you investigate it -- kick it around. See it’s harmless and move along or call someone to pick it up out the streets. How does this distract from your superhero adventures?

Just like Pocket D does not interfere. For those who don't want it in the normal zones -- it would be a great mission instance zone for Pocket D. There's no getting around saying no to the Red Ball! It should be done!

I live for the day when I see in "the Big Red Ball is up" in one of the zones and groups of heros or villains all stop what they're doing and run out to see and play wit the ball.

Then go back to what they're doing.

Amazing what a simple game of kick ball can do to a player. No uber content just a simply ball and the ability to move it around for fun and amusement.
