I'm not going to lay out the things I saw that were direct contradictions so as to avoid spoiling the movie for anyone, but quite frankly either we weren't watching the same movie or you don't remember the early ones too well because I saw plenty of contradictions, some of which went to the core of the entire series.

It was among the reasons that folks were using to illustrate why it is was unreasonable to expect BAB to comment on the issues that happened last month. It's outside of his scope of expertise and to comment on the matter runs the risk of putting his job in jeopardy...an unwise move in light of the current economic climate.
No one is arguing that NCSoft shouldn't to their damnedest to achieve satisfactory customer service, just that it's not BAB's department and he shouldn't be expected to comment on the situation.
