  8. Devious, you should read the boards more. We nailed down the PvE Placate bug months ago. It's not Stalkers, it's Elec's -recovery. The AI isn't set to ignore it like other debuffs.

    Especially not in PvP. The one advantage Scrappers have is AoE, and that does diddly squat in PvP.

    Aren't there better things to develop than yet another cash vacuum? Respecs are a dime a dozen these days, and charging ten bucks for them is more than a little ridiculous. I doubt I'd even pay ten bucks to have my pri/sec rechosen.

    This has not been an issue, but it was put in place merely as a preventative measure to prevent it from ever becoming an issue.

    That goes for a lot of these rules in fact. You guys and gals are a great community, probably the best I have ever had the pleasure to interact with, and a lot of these rules are unnecessary, but for us to be as consistent as possible in our moderation, we needed to update things. By having these rules in place, if it ever becomes an issue, it allows us to reference a broken rule rather than make our moderation seem like an arbitrary decision.

    Could you clarify this more specifically? Is typing [censored] disallowed? Is there an actual "limit" to profanity? At times I tend to be slightly profane, but I never circumvent the filter and typically confine myself to hells and damns, or at most a [censored] or two.

    In the above discussion, we determined the abilities of all the towers. if you're too lazy to go and read, I'll just post it here:


    Yellow Tower:
    +175% defense to all types (capped)
    -18.1 hold/stun/immobilize

    Red Tower:
    +105% resistance to smashing/lethal/energy
    +105% damage smashing/lethal/energy

    +300% stun
    +300% knock(back/up)

    Green Tower:
    +2000% regeneration
    +50% Max Health (capped)
    ~3250 Heal (every five seconds)

    Blue Tower:
    +400% Recharge (capped)
    +200% Run Speed
    +30% ToHit
    Special

    as a side note: we have always found that putting ANY toggle power (preferably, radiation infection) on LR will stop his spawning. Not sure how or why... but it's worked for us, so we use it.

    Try killing the engineers on those towers. Whenever we've killed them, the lag has always significantly decreased.

    Yeah, this is ridiculous; especially considering we've been told many times that these types of threads are completely and utterly pointless and non-constructive.

    Ex: Why post something that is incredibly cryptic and giving not just little, but no details whatsoever?
