I don't see how he can be "sweating bullets' (not saying he is) but I'm sure he's concerned when we have ice/ and fire/ blasters just doing incredible amount of damage with the new defiance. It just seems like Castle is biased against stalkers yet blasters got this defiance which helped them A LOT.
I'd also like to add Defiance is what brutes should've gotten for the fury fix instead of that so called "fix" they got. -

This "fix" is complete garbage and not even that useful.
Fury doesn't build reliably and to really "fix" fury they'd have to make it degrade a lot slower. Travel supression works against you, so by time you get close again for the 2nd attack your fury is back to 0, doesn't really make a difference if it add an extra 2 points of fury.
Is a real fix coming down or was this some sort of sham to say "hey we tried so there you have it, we "fixed" fury" ? -

It looks like the info in the power management screen is ok. For the info window, the window with the enh is also right. The info window without the enh is not right. But I wonder why the info window without enh(the 4th hyper link) is blue in color, which looks like a hero window to me.

4 seconds of -recovery seems kind of "meh", in my opinion. I haven't even noticed the -recovery "icon"/little dark blue circles on an enemy.
You know when overload crashes, you have those same dark blue circles spiraling around your character, I haven't seen those on any NPCs or players in PvP. And like I said 4 seconds is kind of "meh". As far as I'm concerned the -recovery doesn't exist. -

I took some time to do a little diging and grabed some screen shots for this energy drain numbers descrepency.
what I found is, the numbers shown for the details in the manage screen and character creation show that it has -33 end drain to target. and the Number shown in the Info Window are -40 end drain to target.

Even weaker than energy protection? I really think that EP is completely useless. At least when Overload is about to drop you can pop CP, or if you get hit with some -recovery and you can't get near an NPC to drain some endurance, CP is very useful.

The problem with Conserve Power is that it's completely outclassed by Energy Drain. Not only do you fill up your endurance bar with 2 mobs, you can use it once every fight, and you can also dramatically drain endurance of all enemies effected by it. Conserve Power just effects you, and it's not available every fight like Energy Drain is.

I see no "problem" with conserve power VS energy drain. With energy drain I've gotta break my attack chain to drain endurance. The 11% from EP is not "great" by any stretch imo. You can't stack it with anything. Like I said, the only upside with DF is that you can stack it with tough so it's at least somewhat decent mitigation. With EP, 11% is just 11%. Not much at all. -

Conserve Power is the definitely at the top of my list for things to be replaced if the set were being changed. I'm still not sure they'll give EA a straight up click heal, but whatever they decide, I think losing CP is more than some of the other ideas to nix certain powers.

Or my personal favorite, 1v1 him in the arena, crush him either 4-0 or higher. Then at the end of the match say "GG, I was having an off day should've gotten more" That will piss the HELL out of them. It did to the jerk scrapper who was talking smack to me. So I asked for a 1v1 in the arena, and he agreed, after the match I dropped that line and he was swearing up a storm. He couldn't back up his trash because he got CRUSHED.

Classic example. Today someone I knew had logged into a friend's account because they had never played a stalker before. Complete noob at it, ok no big deal, they're learning and getting the hang of stalking.
Out of no where this random hero says "LOL, Stalker, you suck so much [censored]. I got pwn you in 2 seconds."
What's the need of that? This new person NEVER said anything demeaning to anyone in zone. It's not like they walked saying "ROFL YOU SUCK LRN2PLAY N00B!!!!"
No, they didn't say that at all. In fact when they had successfully defeated someone, they didn't say anything at all. While I was talking to them, they basically said that it's not as easy as it looks and stalking may not be their role in pvp.
I've never ever understood why someone would walk into a zone and start trash talking to some random person they've never met. I mean....WHY? What good does it do? You're just being a complete tool. -

Are you saying ported to tanks or scrappers?
I don't think EA would be as broke on tankers because I would assume they'd up the defense values since EA would be a primary for a tank.
For a scrapper though, wouldn't they just leave the values as is? -
The absorb damage into HP sounds cool but a self heal is just so much easier to use imo. Sounds like a bigger gamble to hope that some of the damage would get converted into HP instead of just having a click heal.

Uh...not really. I have never once had any damage absorbed from dampening field. The only time I've seen "absorbed" is when I use Demonic Aura. -

A self heal would be GREAT in my opinion. I had to slot my /EA for +regen because when I was getting hit, I'd have to run away and regen the HP back so I could jump back into the fight. I mean honestly, the description/theme for a reconstruction type power on /EA does not have to be the same as on Regen or WP(Stalker).
They could simply come up with a new description/theme for a /EA self heal. Something along the lines of being able to manipulate energy with your auras you can focus the kinetic energy in the air around you to heal yourself. Or something like that. But I cannot stress enough how much the set needs a self heal of some sort.

I don't like it either, and I don't think it would help the set much to have powerboost. I think a much more useful power can be put into the set other than PB. And that would throw the set out of wack if you could PB while in overload or just your shields, you'd have a brief moment of "Untouchable"-ness. But that's also true of PFF blasters.

I'm gonna disagree with you on that one. Stalkers definitely needed some love for PvE. Just today I was teaming with several stalkers and the brute on the team kept saying "Man that Fear and that -to hit really helps a LOT! It also stacks great with my RttC!" Stalkers needed some love and they got some, and looks like Castle has some more changes to be made which is great.

I will definitely agree with you on that one. A lot of new players or hell even veteran players don't know what /EA is. I had someone send me a tell "Is that a new powerset they added in i12?" I'm not going to jump to some crazy point and say "SEE! The set sucks so much that people don't know about it!! FIX IT!!"
That's not true. The set needs some looking at, no doubt about that. I have found that the set is not like any other set, you need to learn how to play it to make it work......kind of. Even when you try to make it work as best as you can it still lags behind other sets.

I agree with you on that one. The set may not be the greatest, but I still enjoy playing it because for me it's about being unique and I rarely see any /EA players and when I do see them, I send them a tell. I'll probably say "hey nice build, enjoying it so far?"

Yes, keep the cloak, it's great for ghosting, concealment, and the defense helps ....a little.
Edit: I also want to add. I do NOT Agree with some of the points the OP posted. KEEP Conserve Power and KEEP ENERGY CLOAK. It'd be much better to merge Dampening Field and Energy absorption rather than to remove a unique power like energy cloak in addition to a very useful power as conserve power. -

This isn't entirely working for me. I can change the order of my characters and it takes... but if I change the order of characters on another server, then the ones I re-ordered on the first server changes.

I'm experiencing something similar to this as well. At my login screen I have it checked to remember my account name. Yet after I log into Champion, move the characters around, log into a toon. Log out and look at my characters again, it's as if I never moved them to begin with. -
Can you PLEASE fix the toggle dropping bug? This is extremely annoying to toggle up 6-7 toggles everytime I zone or enter a new mish.

I remember when I was young and I had a remote control car. When the batteries went low my car moved slow; however when you recharged the battery it moved faster and was stronger again. Why dont we do this to energy drain? I dont mean slow the attack chain of the enemy, but the movement only and speed up the EA's movement speed. Or turn it into a aura that sucks endurance like hotfeet does damage. Give people a reason to think twice about getting near a EA brute.
